Junior was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He resolved the issue with my AC unit in a timely manner and communicated what was causing the problem. He even told me what could be done to prevent the same thing from happening in the future. I appreciate him being so polite and helpful.

Mr. Aubrey is an amazing technician! He is very knowledgeable about his craft and doesn't mind teaching you about your unit or answering your questions. We recently purchased an older home and he came by to service our system.
From the time that he arrived to our property, I could tell that he was friendly, courteous, and serious about the quality of his work. He even repaired an issue caused by another contractor unbeknownst to my husband and I, and took the time to make sure that he cleaned up any mess that he made while he worked. Overall, I enjoyed working with HVAC R Finest and look forward to working with this company for many years to come.

This company was able to get to us quickly. 2 techs, Jose and Boudain called before they left their last service, arrived on time, were professional, polite, and respectful of our property. They did an overall inspection, located and repaired quickly. Would definitely recommend.

I was fortunate enough to find HVAC-R Finest through a quick google search! Our AC was repaired by Bounthon he was very professional and arrived on time. He made sure to communicate with me throughout his time here. He informed me of things I can do for maintenance as well as things to look out for to keep my system up and running like new. There are not enough words to describe just how great of a company HVAC-R is. I was without AC for over a month and my home warranty and the company they assigned me were bothabsolutely trash during my outage. I literally found HVAC Thursday night, called their office Friday morning and by Friday afternoon I had AC. Cesar is probably one of the most professional and helpful technicians I've delt with during this time. The entire team was amazing. I wish I knew about them sooner but I would recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC services.
