They were scheduled 8 to 12 and showed up early. Worked diligently to find what was wrong with AC. Once located advised me and showed me what was wrong. Advised cost up front to get that item repaired. Once repaired ensure it was cooling at proper temperature and that I was satisfied. Very professional and courteous.
Came out the same day I called to give me a free service call, that was what really sold me. Everything was easy and fast so I could go on with my day. Will be calling them if I ever have more issues with my heater for sure.
The lady, I believe her name Angela was on time for our appointment, which was much appreciated. Our central air unit went down in this Texas heat and it was unbearable. She went to the source of the problem, figured it out and boom! Cool air again! Thanks for the quick and efficient work!
Called early on a Sunday morning. They arrived on the early side of the window they promised and quickly fixed the issue. They got my AC cooling again before the day started to really heat up. Literal lifesavers.

The technician showed up an hour early unannounced, with a child he stated was his son (maybe 13-14 years old) who was carrying a backpack full of equiptment. Upon opening the door he immediately asked to use the bathroom (the technician not the child), citing too much coffee. (Being an hour early, I don't understand why be couldn't stop beforehand.) It was evident he did not wash his hands before exiting the bathroom, which is gross under regular circumstances but especially in light of the covid 19 pandemic. I also want to mention he was not wearing a mask or gloves. He then asked if I had a step ladder, which I did have, but I would think a professional would have their own equipment. He was very loud while checking the filter for contamination, and I repeatedly mentioned my baby was sleeping but he continued to speak VERY loudly right outside the bedroom door. He and the child went thru a baby gate I have set up multiple times with the backpack slamming into the gate, knocking it loose from the wall, which I had to fix after they left. After he pulled the filter out, he did not close the metal door that covers it, but walked outside to inspect the filter. This caused my husband to hit his head when he walked out of the bedroom to see what was going on due to the baby and he being awakened by all the noise and loud voices. Once outside, I showed him where the outside unit was, and he did the repair work that was necessary. Overall, the problem seems to be solved but the total lack of professionalism made me very uncomfortable.
I have used superior many times on rentals and rehabs as well as a new 5 ton we put in our own house last summer. I have nothing but good things to say about the service they have given me over the years, thanks Mike!
