I was told by another co. that I needed a new AC unit. So I called Superior to verify this claim. Tom was able to replace a couple parts that the first company should have replaced and the unit is back in top shape again. Calling them saved me thousands. I highly recommend these guys!

Mike and his team were incredible! He came out to inspect my current HVAC setup the same day I asked for a quote! He offered the most competitive pricing for a full HVAC replacement and performed the whole replacement just two days later. Amazing customer service. I highly recommend Mike and Superior AC & Heat. Very impressed....came out within an hour of calling and had it fixed the next day due to parts needed. I was super impressed when the tech was leaving he picked up a few pieces of debris on the floor. Wow! Normally I have to clean up after repairmen leave. Will definitely recommend this company.
The owner name Mike came to check out my heating unit after it stopped working. He told us that we had a carbon monoxide leak , shut off the system and was trying to push us to make a decision to replace the entire unit claiming for us just to do it now (never tested the vents nor showed us proof of the system being completely damaged/unfixable) we called our warranty company and they said they would not reimburse us but sent out their own technician. We got TWO additional different companies to check the unit and both found we had nothing wrong with the system and NO LEAK. The unit just turned off due to the heat not being ran in awhile and just needed to be restarted. Mikes LIES would have cost us 5000 had we just rushed into a decison. When asked about why he told us this he got very defensive and started bombarding my husband and mother with text and calls. He kept offering to give us money or even a unit for free in order to keep quiet about his shadiness. My mother happened to be over while this man was there and offered to pay for the ac unit even though we didnt need her to so this man decided to try to insult us with that. The Owner is petty. If anyone wants the screenshots of these text and unprofessional insults he then hurled at my husband when told we would not do business with him i have them. Do NOT use this company!!!
Mike was very polite and everything was handled well over the phone before I ever even saw a technician. On time and quick, no hassle. My heater went out and I was freezing, but they showed up the same day!

Dillion was very good. Serviced our AC Unit and replaced a melted breaker, explained the condition the coil was in (including pictures on his cell phone) and was very knowledgeable about ways to make our air allergie free. We will certainly contact him when we are ready for a new AC Unit.
