Superior AC & Heat

They responded quickly and were ready to install the next day. Quality of work is great, they left no trace of them being in my home. It's unfortunate that I never want to see them again. But if the need presents itself I will call them every time, and recommend them to all my friends and family.

I used Superior AC & Heat to replace a tankless water heater tank. They went above and beyond to find the proper tankless water heater and install the necessary parts.

My home is going through a major. Plumbing repair and i have not been able to test the water function. I will do so in a week when all plumbing is don't.

I will be able to assess the replacement job of the water heater and provide my final feedback of the replacement working.

I live in the Arlington area and I'm a former builder, and know how hard it is to get an honest contractor in any of the the ' trade fields.' Mike, owner of SUPERIOR AIR, came out for the initial estimate, and he was a fair broker with the $ amount! Losing his phone number caused me great anxiety ... but I finally found it. He had one of his crews out early the the next morning ... ready to tackle the task! I did an upstairs complete change out. The 2-man crew
were friendly, competent and left their areas of work better than they found it. I now have a new system that is purring like my cat. GREAT COMPANY~GREAT CREW & GREAT OWNER ... a man of integrity.

I am glad that I crossed paths with Mike! Furthermore, I give Mike permission to share my name and number with anyone. I'm a HAPPY customer and look forward to my next change out! Getting both systems changed out will be a comfort, as I work to update my home.

I had another company come out three times to try and fix my AC and they still couldn’t pin point the problem. Previous company started to quote me prices for replacing the entire unit so I called Superior AC to come out for a second opinion and they came out the same day, that morning. When Andy arrived he was amazing. He checked over everything and diagnosed a few minor problems and fixed them on the spot. Andy took care of my AC like he was working on his own. Next time I need my AC to be serviced or repaired, I will be depending on Superior from now on. I just wish I called them first!

Our AC went out at the house and a Texas sumner isn't a joke. They were able to fit us in same day, came well within the quoted time, and fixed the issue in a thrice. They were super friendly while still being professional and didn't give us any run around or try to swindle us. Wonderful experience and will definitely be calling in the future

Great company! Their bid was lower than the other two companies I called and their service was amazing. Mike had my unit back running in less than an hour. Very professional, will definitely use them for any future needs.

Had a great experience working with Angela Barber. She was very responsive and accommodating of our schedules with both of us working. She was also very quick and got the job done right on the first time and we had absolutely no hassles to deal with. Was a great pleasure working with her and Superior AC and Heat! I originally found Superior AC & Heat on Thumbtack and have used them several times for the AC at my commercial business location. There were two situations where my AC wasn't working in this crazy Texas heat...and my business is a fitness studio. Both times Superior figured out to fit me in the same day I called AND immediately fix the issues. My students and I thank you!!! Also very reasonably priced!

Mike, the owner, was very knowledgeable. He initially qouted me for Goodman and Coleman units, but I requested a more high end unit. He provided me with a Trane unit, which is one of the best qualities. His crew came out and work for nearly 12 hours to install the new unit and remove the old unit. Their workmanship was clean and proficient. I will definitely use and refer them again.

This is indeed a 5 star company! They were at My home in 30 minutes from when I called found the problem immediately and fixed it.
