We contacted our home warranty and they sent this company out for our ac repair. ( it was not cooling the house as well anymore. ) we were stood up twice. Had to contact this company directly. The woman on the office phone had no care to help or be polite. We had even received a text from the mechanic that he would be here in an hour and then ghosted us. They told us that the compressor was needing to be changed and we would need freeont. Home warranty would cover the freeont and our compressor was covered under the actual ac unit itself. Awesome! We were then told that due to covid... they would reach out to us of when the compressor would be in... almost a full month later. Our ac is struggling. We've been uncomfortable for a month. I finally call and the lady is even ruder than before and tells us our home warranty declined to pay for the freeont so they won't be doing the job... it's not their job to tell us... they don't want anyone with that home warranty anymore. I asked why they wouldn't tell is I would have explained to home warranty and go to bat for it. We needed this. She just says it's not her job to even tell us... I'm so shocked and devastated. I sure hope everyone else gets better service. We unfortunately didn't. Every company I've ever had to work with will call and update what's going on if it's a home warranty issue... THIS ONE WON'T! And they will be completely rude afterward as well.
*update. This company did take our money. It isn't against the law to inform someone you wouldn't be coming out again, "ghosting", or unable to continue service. The warranty company had NO CLUE that the company was no longer helping us and they wouldn't respond to us or them. Taking money for a service and then not even having the courtesy to tell either the customer or the warranty company is infact against the law. I'm sorry you were misinformed on how to treat customers well or the law. Once you took our money you could have had the decency to tell the customer that an issue has occurred and that we would have to contact our warranty so that we could get someone out that would take care of us. Seeing your response is almost a year later I can see your customer care/service is still unfortunately bad.

We were so impressed! They are compassionate (our AC was out in 90 degree weather and we have two little kids at home, they tried to get us in as soon as they could), professional, efficient and reasonably priced!!

If you research online you learn that 50% of the results for an AC installation is the actual installation. They knew the equipment they quickly diagnosed it and within 1 day I had a fully working a.c. highly recommend. Trustworthy people.

If you need work on your central air or heat these guys at Righteous Air know what they're doing. They even made the stuff in the Attic (that most people never see) look clean and professional and something you'd want to show your friends.
And the best part was how reasonable the price was, I didn't have to give up anything to get that price.
