Ed Green came out to clear out a drain issue today. He was very nice, professional, and informative.
(Did not catch her name but the scheduler was very punctual and nice as well.)
Honestly one of the best experiences we’ve had through our home warranty.

Ed called on his way to make sure I was ready for his arrival. He was on time and extremely friendly. He completed his work very quickly gave me some tips for future reference. He displayed high levels of knowledge and professionalism. From the brief time we spoke he seemed like a genuine guy who loved his job and does it well.

Our home warranty company assigned us with relentless home services, and Ed came out to inspect our hot water heater. He was very professional and seemed knowledgeable. I have nothing but good things to say at this time. He submitted all necessary information to our home warranty company and we are waiting for their approval to replace the hot water heater

Cory has a very pleasant appearance, clean ,he is very kind. We can see in his smile the pride he took in doing his job and ,the company he represents. Same day service from Relentless Pluming Solution!! Ed called before arriving early to repair a leak in our plumbing. He told us how the leak had occurred and what he would do to repair it. He completed the work in a timely manner and at the quoted price. He then told us about a yearly service package for HVAC and plumbing inspection/maintenance that we could purchase. I can only speak to their plumbing services, as I was assigned this company through a home warranty, twice. Both times I had to hire another plumber to finish/correct relatively simple jobs. I normally don’t like to leave a bad review, however, after a similar experience, more than one time, I felt the need to warn potential customers.
