They responded to that review and really tried to make things right. I posted the review and not even 30 minutes later the master plumber was contacting us to resolve the issue.

I was extremely impressed. The master plumber came out quickly and gave us a much better quote for the work that needed to be done.

Corey installed a new gas line so we can install a gas log set in our fireplace. He did an outstanding job of figuring out how to gain access to the back of our fireplace. He had to remove some siding to get to it. He did this without busting it all up. It should be an easy job of putting it all back like it was before.
I appreciate Corey's consideration in taking some time to figure this out and gain the access he needed.
Once he had access, Corey was able to install the hard and flex lines inside our firebox.
