We had water backing up throughout our house. Our home warranty provided us with Relentless Home Services. Lucky for us because the folks there are wonderful. Alyssa, she scheduled our appointment, was so helpful and understanding.
They were swamped but she arranged for Ed to come out the same day (after normal business hours) and he fixed the problem. Ed was professional and quickly remedied the problem. He was also kind and spent time to speak with us for a bit. We're very happy and will definitely use y'all again. Thank you!!

Ed called when he was on his way and arrived on time. He quickly determined what was needed and then called my home warranty company for approval. Once approved he had the job complete in no time at all. And he explained everything that he did. He also went above and beyond and help by providing an estimate for other work I need done.

Called this morning anr 730am and they showed up by 10am. Fixed my issue immediately on the spot. Ed was just the nicest guy. Super professional and took time to explain. Love this company. Love Ed. Thank you for great service!

I had the pleasure of working with Junior De Leon who was quick, efficient and effective on repairing a plumbing leak from our toilet. Not only did he do an outstanding job in an astounding amount of time, but he also took the time to help me understand what the issue was.

Roman was the embodiment of the Relentless name. He worked on our HVAC system and he tested everything until he found the problem. We all thought our blower motor had gone out but instead of just replacing that and charging us for it, he took the time to find the actual problem and ended up saving us money in the long run.

The first plumber, from another company, we had out to look at the leaky faucet quoted a price of $899. Ed came and determined the faucet could be repaired by contacting Delta and getting a replacement hose. We received the hose, Ed returned to install it the following business day. The installation of the new hose took less than ten minutes.

Our technician to diagnose an AC problem.
He was on time and very honest about the status of our outside AC unit.
He advised me of what he could do.
He did everything he said he would and more. At the end of his service call our AC unit was running like a top! He stayed to make sure it continued to run well.

Junior, (plumber) was clear as to what was to be accomplished for the quoted price and the type of faucet valves to be installed. The company communicated by text and email and Junior would call when he was on his way to the job. Though it was discussed as a potential purchase that a panel would hopefully be installed over the cutout sheetrock, it did not happen and no explanation was given. Though no mention of clean up was discussed, I would’ve thought the plumber would have cleaned up the mess from the cutout sheetrock.

Ed was very knowledgeable, professional & was fast & efficient. It’s the 2nd time I’ve had Relentless Plumbing to my house and both were great experiences. I will definitely be calling them the next time I need a plumber.
