Overpriced. I went to buy a capacitor for my condensing unit. They wanted over $40.... not reasonable. Got it Grainger for $13.81. I would like to buy my parts from here but the prices are ridiculous.

They have their niche and specialty parts as well as your everyday hvac tools and maintenance parts. Nice selection and a Team that's eager to help.

I called the one in Burleson Texas to get a sequencer and when I told them I would come by to pick it up. The man on the phone said they were closed today and it would be a fifty dollar charge to open up. This was at 9:50 on a Saturday Morning.
