David with Floairetx is great! He came out on a Saturday, late in the afternoon, found out the issue with my unit, made a plan and helped me figure out financing, and offered window units to cool us down!
He then even checked in on us during the few days it took to get our new system in. Install was professional and quick, with even a check call that night to make sure everything was working correctly.
Fast forward a week, after coming home late on the 4th of July to a non working inside unit, contact him and he was at my house the next day, just to find out my thermostat needed batteries, he changed them for me and my filter and left us with a cooling down house!
