Superior AC & Heat

I can’t thank Superior AC and heat enough for helping me replace my air conditioning this week. I was put in a rough spot to replace this air-conditioner since I have kids at home and Mike did an excellent job getting me financing to install a new AC unit. Unit was installed two days later and they did an excellent job. My AC works great and I will tell everybody I know to call superior AC and heat. Thanks guys for your hard work and professionalism. Mike and his crew are awesome, polite and professional. They came to my house on a Saturday morning (for no extra charge on the weekend, which is rare) cleaned my a/c coil which was terrible!!! They explained everything to me showed me the issue and gave me pricing before they started to make sure I was comfortable with everything. I would definitely recommend them and will use them in the future (hopefully I won’t have too though)

P.S. they even cleaned up afterwards 😊

I would like to recommend anybody that is thinking about installing AC. to consider Superior AC and heating. I recommend them because of their neatness knowledge professionalism and their outstanding workmanship. Their crew is on time and very organized. they go beyond to explain everything and any questions you may have. Super nice guy, Mike!! He came out late at night because my AC stopped working and was reasonable priced. I called at 8:30pm and he came around 9:30pm. Friendly guy and very informative. Highly recommend

Actually second time I’ve used superior. A few years ago at my old house they were a smaller operation. Quoted the best price, and showed up quick in the middle of summer. Crew was friendly and left the house clean. Called them again for our new house, and their business has grown to several crews, offices, secretary answering service, and modern tools like text alerts and online scheduling. Will call them first next time when my downstairs unit goes like my upstairs just did.

Mike was fantastic! Rather than charge me for a visit he was able to call and help diagnose the issue over the phone. It would have been easy for him to make a quick buck, but he was happy to help save me time and money. Will absolutely use Superior if we have any more issues with our HVAC!

Great experience from start to finish. My system went out spoke to another company to get it replaced and was given an outrageous cost. Spoke to Superior and was able to get a same day estimate and next day installation with amazing price and great warranty. Total experience was simply awesome, definitely will use them for all my HVAC needs

I contacted Superior AC & Heat through Thumbtack. Mike reach out to me ASAP. He was at my house within 20 minutes. Diagnosed and fixed the problem at reasonable price. As for customer service and explaining the issue, he is top notch. I would definitely recommend Superior for all you AC and Heating needs. Wouldn't hesitate to call him again...

For start to finish this was an incredible experience. Gave a through estimate. Let me know options and answered all my questions. Walked me thru the complete process. Made me comfortable with process. Then the crew was professional and courteous. Again, made my comfortable with the entire process. Exceeded expectations.
