    I would most definitely recommend Superior AC and Heat to anyone looking for fast and reliable service. I hired them to fix our leaking ac drip pan, and though there was a slight hiccup, they immediately fixed it and now everything is working as it should! This company is punctual, friendly, and boasts a great deal of integrity.

    After one company had quoted me at in between $12,000 and $17,000 to replace my entire AC unit. I called (Mike) and Superior - the cost was significantly lower. Jose came and did excellent work, and answered any questions I had. Wish I would've called them first!!

    If you’re looking for a dependable a/c company, I highly recommend Superior. Mike and his guys worked extremely hard to get me up and running at the start of Texas summer. Mike came to my house early Sunday and assessed the problem. The issue was greater than I thought and Mike’s professional assessment is what convinced me to redo my air handler unit. If you’re looking for a straight shooter and someone to help you with all honesty, you can’t go wrong with Superior.

    These guys were great. I called and said my upstairs unit wasn't cooling. They came out two days later. My appt time was from 12-2, he arrived early! I was at the doctor but he waited till I got home, I turned my unit on and let him check everything, said nothing was wrong. Came inside and checked the unit, same thing. He didn't try to "find" anything wrong. Just a flat out nothing is wrong (I had changed the filters two days prior, guess it was just a dirty filter). All he charged me was a service call. Great business. Will be doing business with again for sure.

    Dillon Roten was my tech with his partner. Dillion went right to the problem. Didn't need to explain problem he knew, I could tell by experience knew where to go first, to rule out costly repairs. He's a true tech not a salesman that asap needs done now. He not only pointed out what repair is needed but explained it clearly. Showed me as well backed up with his state of the art equipment. Made clearly the possibility of when other components failure even though, he not knowing I couldn't afford it now. Now knowing the capacitor was on the fence line of replacement explaining the specs and showed me the label with specs on it to backup what the equipment proved. He explain the warning signs to look for quick failure. Not a pushed salesman. I found now thru honesty he was more 😀concerned for me than the equipment. With his very knowledgeable assistant it made the visit not as uncertain how things would go. Pointed out I needed a acid wash to remove scale on my outdoor unit. Explaining how much more efficient my system would be, without putting more strain on other parts that could shorten their life. I'm a senior citizen, very limited income I would have happily have all work done as recommended. Not only to I trust Superior and their employee's. I will be hurrying to get more needed repairs done to insured no break down at worst time of summer. My system is running better than installation by another company 8 years ago. Parts wear out keeping it tuned up serviced 2× a year has extended my systems life. Not only do I have confidence but Mike who I spoke to at Superior before schedule was made covered what will be done. The price for service and experience tech's and value for your dollar is the best. I've had this unit tuned 2x a year for 8 years I wish I found them sooner. After service Mike contacted me to see if I was satisfied with everything that's serviced. This is more than 5 stars this is the extra mile to care for me. Thanks Dillion, Mike and all at Superior to the knowledge of answering the call. I will forever be Superior's customer. And my complete system replacement and installer when my equipment finally gives out. Superior is in Crowley, Tx but services everywhere your comfort is their A plus concern.     This company knows how to do business. The owner, Mike Qutob was genuine and did all testing and came out for free. Hooked me up with a brand new system for my 2 story, 2400sqft house for $4300. Other quotes were 6K and 8.6K! Also, they installed it the next day at 8 a.m. so I literally did not suffer at all. Thank God for Superior AC and Heat!
