    So after living in our fixer upper house for 5+ years the 17 year old Goodman AC unit finally died also we had uneven airflow issues throughout the house due to previous owner rigging. Tuesday we had the absolute BEST Air-conditioning crew come out, replace our unit as well as straighten out or Plenum, duct issues and take one of our projects off the list!!! As a mechanic I take pride in my work and Loved the way these guys took pride in their work!!! THANK YOU GUYS!!!

    They do work for a Omnikey a crooked property management company in Plano. I wouldn't want to be associated with anyone that does business with Omnikey. The appointment was set between 10 and 12 for the following day. That next day I phoned my mother to check to see how the repair went.

    No phone call or text messages had been recieved and no repair person had arrived. Phoned Superior and asked why they hadn't called to reschedule. During this time I received a voice message from omnikey trying to blame my disabled sister who is in a wheelchair & has dementia . I'm giving this company 2 Stars because they did come that Friday night.

    The ability to admit a mistake and take the aftermath head-on is pure gold in business. It takes guts to say “I messed up”, make up for the wrongdoing and move ahead without complaining.

    Our heating unit would not work after being without power for 4 days. When making contact superior ac and heat they send out a crew the next day to fix our heater and got it going that same day.

    Great service. The workers were there first thing in the morning right when they said they would be. I’ve had the system installed now for 3 weeks and it’s running great. I’ve had no issues. I definitely recommend using this company.
