Superior AC & Heat

We have used Superior AC & Heating about 3 times. We have been very pleased with their service. They went above & beyond for me today. They are great at sending out texts to let you know that exact amour of the service, to advise you of the technician coming out out with a photo of the tech and they also text you when the technician is on the way.

we had a 30 year old system that was shorting out and running constantly without actually heating or cooling, just acting like it was. We took our time looking for the right company to do the job. we got three quotes from different companies. Superior AC & Heat had the top equipment for the best price and we even had them relocate the outside unit from the south wall to the east wall of our home to get it out of our pool area. They had the job done very quickly and even threw in a virus killing UV light. Now we have a cutting edge system for a price that can't be beat. Great Deal! Very Happy and no longer scared of the house burning down because of the old ,dusty. shorting out system.

Woke up this morning to my ac not working and covered in sweat. Called them at 7:00 they were here and had everything fixed before 9. Extremely fast polite and honest people. I was extremely nervous thinking they would tell me I needed a new unit but those words never came out of their mouth. From start to finish everyone was extremely polite helpful and knowledgeable. Will definitely call them again if I ever need them. Thank you guys!

Was able to get to me and fix my AC unit in the same day. Andy was nice and professional. Mindi in the office was wonderful too!!!

I love these guys. I have several homes I am responsible for and get calls night and day with AC and Heat problems. Jacob is quick to respond and gets the work done promptly and efficiently. I rely on their advice for current and future recommended maintenance. I highly appreciate their expertise and recommend them often. I am glad they are my AC guys!

Great service in getting our home AC system repaired. It was a defective part under factory warranty. They are not the company that originally installed system. Did everything they promised with fast turnaround and we are blowing cold again! Thanks Andy for your expertise and professionalism.

If you have a problem, talk to Mike. He'll take care of you. We had an issue with our AC unit that the company came out and fixed, and then 2 weeks later our AC unit stopped functioning again. We didn't feel like we should be charged back-to-back fees, and they waived the fee and took care of us. Thanks Mike!

Called the day after Thanksgiving at 12:45 and had Tom at my house by 1:30. He quickly examined my furnace, diagnosed the problem and showed me the quoted price before moving forward. He went and picked up the part needed and came back and completed everything and I paid the price originally discussed, no hidden fees. I highly definitely recommend Superior AC and Heat. They were very responsive, professional, and fair - 5/5 stars .
