The technician arrived on time, provided great service in a non-invasive, safe manner. He took care of everything and did it in a reasonable amount of time. I am so happy to do business with Houk.

Our original AC and Heating was put in Houk 29 years ago and we have been using them ever since. We purchase their maintenance plan and it is very reassuring knowing they will be here twice a year for the spring and fall tuneup service. They come out immediately if we have a problem and take care of every emergency (there have been very few). Great company and every service man is a professional.

Houk always prompt and professional. Installed my HVAC system a few years ago and keep things running smooth with preventative maintenance.

The technicians were able to work in an earlier visit. They came with the needed replacement thermostat and quickly fixed that at no cost since the device was still under warranty. They explained the settings for fan ventilation control. Upstairs they checked that the dual zone controls were working and that the filter was inserted correctly. Pleasant, courteous and knowledgeable. Nice experience.

I use Houk Air Conditioning for my bi-annual maintenance and whenever I have a service issue. Their phone staff is super helpful and can always get an appointment scheduled quickly. Their technicians are on time and extremely professional. ALWAYS satisfied with their service.

Technicians were super professional and courteous. They were great. The 1 star review is ultimately for the price of service. They changed a capacitor on a 15 year old American Standard system. It took less than 20 minutes, involved taking off 1 panel, and charged me $400. I could have bought the part myself for $45 and done the work myself. I'm still shocked after thinking about the $400 cost. I trusted them without asking for a quote so I am at fault as well.

We’ve had a bit of bad luck with our AC units the last few weeks, Houk has come to the rescue every time with absolutely wonderful customer service, patience and great technicians. Even with two weekend visits, everyone had a great attitude and were very helpful to resolve our problems. Special thanks to Ryan, who especially went over and beyond. Great company, will definitely continue to use them!

Houk Air Conditioning replaced our old A/C unit and duct work a few years back. They did a phenomenal job with the work! We continue to use them to service our unit every Spring and Fall, and are always pleased with their work. Respectful, clean, easy to schedule, always on time. Can't say enough wonderful things about them. Highly recommend!
