    Michael Fife came out today from Houk to address some of our rooms that were either too warm or out of balance. He was one of the best service technicians that we’ve ever worked with. He was patient, extremely knowledgeable and thorough. Very, very happy with his quality of work and recommendations!

    Michael F, service tech from HOUK AC made it to our house on Friday after 7:30 pm. He was so accommodating, you would have thought it was his first call of the day instead of his last. Not only did he take his time, but he didn’t hesitate to explain several features of our system since it is still new to us. My experience with HOUK has always excellent! Really appreciate their high level of professionalism!

    I had a loss of display on my thermostat. We tried to troubleshoot it over the phone, which didn't work. They had a technician, Francisco Arreguin, at my door in less than 2 hours. He was very nice, polite and professional. He quickly found the problem, and proceeded to check the whole system . Then he showed me how to program the bv thermostat. He was a pleasure to work with.

    This company has no system or means to stop their aggressive and dangerous driving. I would hope they at least get to their jobs on time, otherwise that would mean their driver nearly drove me and my family off of the highway for nothing. This company makes a clear statement on how much it cares for its community by its (lack of) practices and and standards.

    I had scheduled a service call for today and when they did not turn up. I tried to call them only to find out that it has been rescheduled to a later that and they shared that notes that I had called them to reschedule. This is a total lie.

    We are under a yearly maintenance agreement with Houk where they come out twice a year to check our systems. Francisco came out yesterday to do the included maintenance/service call on our heating units. He was professional, very thorough, and did an excellent job.

    Service provided as scheduled; one comment as home owner I would like to share is the following:
    I believe the outlined maintenance service was provided because of my past experience, I trust your company. But, as far as the on site technician sharing what services were preformed, discussion of overall system operations, and openly sharing/general one on one conversation about services did not occur. Service individuals should be "people friendly" and show they have an interest in what they do and share systems information with each homeowner they visit.
    As homeowners, we should be verbally informed of their systems overall operations.
