Tech service was same day. The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and found the problem quickly. He was more than happy to answer all the questions I had with easy to understand answers. Some of the best service work I've had, I will happily use them in the future.

I have used Houk for 13 years. They were the original installers of the HVAC system when we purchased our home and we have continued to use them for annual maintenance and any work that comes up. Professional and courteous and the technicians are well trained and competent. I just had an intermittent problem with my furnace the tech was able to diagnose which required insight and understanding of potential failures, not simply pulling off an error code off a diagnostic tool. Strongly recommend.

Donovan was prompt, neat, thorough and communicated all necessary info very well. He was very professional and polite. He reports the facts and does not waste time wit upsell talk.

Francisco did an incredible job on my yearly winter service. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered any questions that I had. I noticed he had an incredible attention to detail, tightening connections that most would have overlooked, and being very thorough about his work. Very impressed with this young man, and his service and work ethic.

The technician was prompt and courteous. He did a thorough job, and covered all the details of the service work with me. He even got a hose from his truck, hooked it up to a nearby faucet, and cleaned the condensers. We have had nothing but a good experience with Houk since moving here almost 3 years ago.

The entire staff I interacted with were very professional, efficient and very friendly. Carlos came to my home for the maintenance. He was very tidy, efficient, considerate and respectful. He explained everything to me and made sure it all worked well before leaving. I will definitely use them for all future work and maintenance for my HVAC system.

Excellent Service! Arrived on time, completed the work as specified, and the technician was very pleasant and professional. Based on this very positive experience, I signed up for the Houk annual maintenance program. From now on I will only use Houk for all my HVAC needs! Abraham, the technician, was great to work with. Had Houk come out and give me an estimate for replacing my 15 yr old systems last week. Keith was extremely thorough in his evaluation and recommendation. Of the three companies that I had bid the job, Houk was the only one to offer multiple options at multiple price points. They installed both units by the end of the week, and when I had a minor issue with a duct rattling, they had it fixed within an hour of my call. Fantastic experience all the way around!!!

Mike and John were very prompt and extremely helpful in troubleshooting an error code on my new unit. The dispatcher was very helpful when I called with questions about the heat. She dispatched them again and they came back again later in the day due to our concerns about the thermostat and were very thorough and helpful. Reset the system and walked us through. Very patient and willing to educate on the smart thermostat. Problem solved promptly. Amazing service!! Very respectful!
