Simply the finest service available. We have had regular maintenance service done by Cota since buying our house six years ago. We recently got a contract to sell and a home inspector found a condensation overflow valve defect. We needed an honest assessment and quick repair and not surprisingly Cota did both in less than twenty four hours of my call for help. Its on to a new house now, but we will keep Cota as our HVAC company!

Great group of people, the guy that came to my house was awesome, I forget his name but I forget everyone's name but he was great, explained everything and did amazing job.

COTA Comfort is excellent. Darrell Ellis is great to work with - honest, dependable, and very knowledgeable. The installation team was courteous and did a very good job with no issues.

I had technician Tony Murphy come out worked on my AC unit found I had heat strips coming on repaired it finish the job and left. About 3 hours later realized the system was still running mr. Murphy at already made it home came back from Newport to Sevierville fix the problem with no questions asked was totally awesome and I will definitely recommend again and I will continue to use you

Purchase a new carrier central system 3 years ago that Cota has serviced ever since. Recently added a new room and purchased a Toshiba/Carrier ductless system for the new room. Heat and air work great. Recently renewed my service contract for a spring and fall cleaning. Excellent service and kind personnel. Thanks!

Of all the times for a residential air conditioning system to fail, it has to be the month of July. One call to Cota's Comfort Heating and Air brought about a quick resolution to our untimely system failure. Everyone I interfaced with at Cota's from customer service, service management and the technician's that replaced our defective Lennox air handler unit did an outstanding job! I wanted to share my own experiences in dealing with the Aire Serv crew.

I work in a very popular tourist/vacation town where the work is fast paced and everyone is trying to take care of their customers and their homeowners needs and having good working relationships with contractors is a must because we want our customers to be comfortable and happy .

This means you must have competent and reliable help in the background to help out when the need arises , who that are serious about their trade and ready to go when you need them.

That's where the crew of fine people at Aire Serv really standout for me ,
Eddie, Daryl ,Dennis and the whole crew are very experienced and knowledgeable in their trade.
This seems like it should be a no brainer but from experience in using other companies I've learned that this is hard to find , and by chance I found these guys and I use them for all my HVAC needs.
not just for my customers but for my own personal properties and at my home.

Just to be honest with you , and many might find this hard to believe but I just recently had my whole system changed out at my home and could have purchased a competitor's system at a much lower cost than what I paid for the system from Eddie and Daryl at Aire Serv , but I felt more comfortable knowing that I had the most competent and knowledgable people working on my home and that the extra cost were very justified because of the confidence in their knowledge of their trade . Knowing these guys personally and from experiences in their handling of my customers and how they responded to any and all concerns that may have come up that these guys handle it to my customers satisfaction and seeing how things were taken care of I know if I ever had a problem with my new purchase that they would be there for me also .

I want to share this also from one of my customers who had a unit go out during the middle of winter.
This is something that you dont see often in any trade and it's something that had to be started from the top of the company and that's just simply CARING ABOUT PEOPLE , for you customers , not just as customers but real people .
When it was determined that a new system had to be installed for my customer and that she would have no heat these folks took it upon themselves to bring her portable heaters to keep her and her husband warm and comfortable until the new system was installed and running
How can you make this stuff up .there are still good people in this world . And I'm proud to say that I know some of them.

The original problem was the furnace wasn't heating. Dennis said he reset the flame blow back switch. Where? there is no reset. He mentioned the excessive rust could be the problem. didn't do anything about the rust except suggest the entire unit needed to be replaced. After the unit was started up and the heat starting working, he then said the capacitor for the blower needed to be replaced. The fan was running fine and didn't need replacement The part was $110. The next day the heat was not working again. I obtained an air compressor and cleaned out all the rust and it has been running just like new since.

Wow! One of the largest and most important replacements for my house was done so quickly and efficiently that I couldn't be more pleased. I set out to find the best system, at the best price by the best team; I think I succeeded. Olin represented Cota's and looked at my current 13 year old unit and told me what Cota would do to modernize my system and gave me an estimate for three different units. Once I compared that estimate with what I received from four others, Cota was a no-brainer. My decision was reinforced when their team showed up two days after agreeing to a unit. Olin was back again to help me understand what was happening and to explain "after purchase" paperwork. PeeWee's installation team was knowledgeable and professional. After the installation was completed, PeeWee and Olin walked me thru the set-up and operation. Today my house is cool and comfortable thanks to Cota's Comfort Heating & Cooling.
