So, when my 84 year old mom's unit went out we knew they would do a great job. Within roughly 24 hours we had an estimate, financing and replacement of the unit. We used Cota to install an entire new inside/outside AC unit. Our experience was top notch from start to finish. The woman who answered my initial call was very efficient in finding a technician who come could to my house. In fact, there was someone available before I was even available. As soon as the technician arrived he diagnosed the problem promptly and accurately. After he was finished, he had Olin contact me regarding our options for a new unit. Olin made a house call for us on Memorial Day. He is extremely well versed in his trade and made all of the information understandable. We discussed an install date/time and payment options. Within 48 hours Matt and DJ were at our house for the install. They showed up at 8:00 am on the dot! They were nice guys who worked hard and worked fast. We had a new, glorious, working unit before 3:00 pm the same day! Now that is impressive! Many thanks to Cota and each and every person down the line that helped us get where we are today (and I'm sorry for those who I could not name specifically).

Be careful in dealing with Aireserv and be sure to read and understand all documents very carefully. I purchased and had installed a Trane system in summer 2020, along with n service contract HIGHLY recommended by the AireServ sales rep. The system was installed and works fine to heat and cool. However, it developed a very strong dirty sock smell in December 2020. I called to have the smell addressed, assuming it would be covered under the service contract that I was highly encouraged to purchase. The technician that came out was friendly and seemed knowledgeable but the only thing he did was open the air handler and spray in some cleaner. The dirty sock smell was not abated and it was still prevalent the next day. And, I was surprised to be charged for the service call ($79) and told the service contract only covered two inspections /cleanings after the first year. This was not explained to me when I called for the service and referenced the service contract. This is not the above-board treatment I received from my previous HVAC company. I'm now out an additional $79.00 and I'm still annoyed by the dirty sock smell.

We were in a bind in our Gatlinburg rental condo when guests checked in to water dripping on a bed. Only Aire Serv of Sevierville was recognizing it as an immediate emergency and able to show up as agreed. We are so fortunate we selected this company! Michael was amazingly professional and knowledgeable. He found the problem, fixed it, and left us more than satisfied. So much so, that we signed a contract to keep our system maintained regularly.
