Michael the service tech was very informative of what he was doing and professional Emre and Dustin came to install a mini split! Wow! Very polite and professional. Did an outstanding job, cleaned up afterwards. I would recommend this company to anyone. We won’t use anyone else for our HVAC needs. Thank you!

We have been doing business with them for 12 years. Problem on Friday night at 9pm. Called sat morning bout 8:30 and prob was fixed by 10:30 or so. Micheal was service tech, did a great job

I'm 81+ years old. I've had lots of service people to do work for me over the years. Never have I experienced the quality of service that Aire Serv of Sevierville provided!
My call for information answered by Linda could not have been handled better. She provide needed information and informed me that a rep would see me the following day. Not only was he prompt but extremely professional in checking for my needed service. A date was set for the needed service to be done. Low and behold the day before the scheduled date, I received a call setting a time for the next morning. Next morning a call from tech that he was in route. No better service experience EVER!

They are great. I got 6 quotes and Airserve was the only one to replace the complete system. All the others wanted to use the old piping, thermostat, drip pan. Airserve was priced the same and provided a complete system.

From the first call to completion of work the experience was great. The tech, Mike, was great and knowledgeable. He arrived early and was able to diagnose and resolve quickly. I'm a first time customer and it will definitely not be my last.

My air conditioning went out Friday night - I tried to make it through the weekend. When temp in house got up to 80 deg. Sat. afternoon I called Aire Serv the tech in my area called back within 5min was at my house in about 20min.- fixed my unit his name was Michael park very professional- I would recommend service Very Highly & will use them again
