This company was very nice to deal with. All the people I came into contact with were very nice and hard working. The product (Carrier Heat pump and heat pump hot water tank ) is working fantastic. Dean who did the cleaning of the duct work and Matt & DJ on installation did a wonderful job. The salesman Olin is very caring about the job being done right. All were top notch.

These guys are the best. Every time I've ever needed then, they been here in less than 24 hours! Super friendly and knowledgeable. Instead of upselling me, the tech actually saved me money! Highly recommend!

Cota's Comfort went above & beyond to get our new unit installed. Their employees were very professional and polite. I was amazed at how kind and respectful they all were not only to me, but to each other. The new unit was ordered and installed very quickly. They even made sure to clean up after themselves by sweeping the floors before they left! I highly recommend Cota's Comfort and Lennox products to anyone!

Came at the scheduled time. Liked the ability to see when technician was on the way and photo of the technician. Technician was knowledgeable and was able to fix the problem quickly. Courteous and stayed to make sure air conditioner was working properly. Also, the lady who scheduled the appointment was caring and helpful.

We have used this business several times and have been very satisfied with the service. We called today at 3:45 pm because our heat suddenly stopped working. The technician Dennis had us fixed and taken care of by 7pm the same day! He was prompt, courteous and the prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend! Thanks again Dennis!

Olin White and his crew installed a new air conditioning unit for my mother. From the start they were honest and upfront regarding all that needed to be done as well as the costs of the entire job. They did a very professional job and my family and I were super impressed. Olin made an effort to stop by every few days to make sure the system was working properly. He is truly an asset to Cota's and has become a true friend to me and my family. I would highly recommend Olin and Cota's to anyone needing this type of service.

When our electric bill came in November,
It was much higher than we could ever remember.
So we called AEC the very next day,
And couldn't believe what they had to say.
"It's probably your heat pump that needs fixing,
Don't delay, it's not worth risking."
Immediately we called Aire Serv to help us,
and along came Mike with the sad diagnosis.
"The heat pump is shot, and you need a compressor,
and WOW, the evaporator is an old beer cooler, I'll need a picture!"
"Oh my gosh, this just cannot be,
Tomorrow we will have to meet with Joey!"
Joey came promptly and made great suggestions,
He spent lots of time to answer our questions.
He was professional and kind,
and eased our worried minds.
The job was very difficult, we aren't lyin',
But not for Emory, Loren and Ryan.
They worked very hard until the job was complete,
And now we are comfortable from our heads to our feet!

I just had a new unit installed by Cota's Comfort. The service was quick and efficient. I was presented with all my options with no pressure to make high end choices. Installers and sales people arrived on time for appointments. This is the second time I have used Cota's for my home. I will continue to use them in the future. Great people to work with!!

Overall a great experience with Olin and crew. After finding out that my old heat/air unit was going to cost more than it was worth to fix, I contacted Olin at Cota's. I called Olin at 10Am. on a Thursday morning, by noon Olin was inspecting my home and giving me three options for replacing my existing unit. By 2Pm. on Thursday financing was in place. The installation crew arrived by 7:30 on Monday morning and had my new unit installed by noon. They also inspected and sealed all. of the duct work at this time. The entire crew was very professional and very time efficient. I will reccomend Cota's to any family or friends that need heat/air service. The financing was also quick and easy. The entire process was simple from a customer standpoint.

Cota's was called for an auxiliary heat problem on my unit. They advised that they would be the next day getting out and I agreed. They called early the next morning to be sure I still needed the call and arrived at my home within 45 minutes of the call. The technician run down the problem and had the parts on the truck to repair my blown 60 amp break in my box not in the unit itself. Within 30 minutes of arrival the problem was repaired. I am very appreciative of Cota's quick, knowledgeable, professional service at a good price. Mind you the temperature was 8 degrees. Very good job.
