Our tech Mike Smith was professional, punctual, and knowledgeable. The customer service in the office (Beth) really lacked including communication. Multiple times they said they would call us with an update and took our phone number down, then never called. We had to continue calling them. Then they sent a tech without warning or time for us to schedule to be home. The lack of communication is what will keep us from calling AireServ again. It takes 2 minutes to give a call and say “I apologize there is a delay. We’ll call back with update”

I absolutely love the prompt and courteous service.

Eddie’s guys are amazing. My wife received a picture of Jamie before he arrived to our house letting her know who to expect. He was very thorough and gave us several recommendations to cut down on the dust in our home.

UPDATE: One of my new HVAC units self-destructed due to a factory defect (short in the compressor motor). Cota's was very good about repairing it - no BS, no difficulty, no run around. They assessed it, ordered parts and just finished the repair. I'm very happy about their professionalism.

Cota's replaced both my hvac units and did a better job than I expected, and better than previous hvac companies I have used. They took the time to make it look right and function right. This is the most professional crew I've worked with.

I called them because my heating system was not working correctly. No heat just cold air. They did come right away. The issue is the tech said that the breakers at the unit were old and needed to be replaced. He did not say one was not good and not working. He said he got it working though. It went to auxiliary heat and it never came up in temp and never came off auxiliary. He did not tell me he changed anything in the unit. I ended up calling another company over. I then found out that the tech from Cota's switched the wires inside the unit. Come to find out one of the breakers was not working. So when he switched the wires inside the unit he switched it so the one that pulls the most electric was not getting enough to run it probably. He did not offer to replace the breaker. So, I paid for this company that did not do it right and had to pay again to get it corrected. I then called Cota's to speak to them about this and was told the Manager would call me. No response.... I guess they do not care about customers. I will not call them again.

I was very impressed with the quick way they responded to our A/C problem. Dennis Thomas was very professional and found the problem and kept the unit running while the part was ordered. Tonight we are all fixed up. Thank you! I only wish we had used t hem instead of the company we had been using who just pat ched the problem until it needed fixing again........alot of wasted money..

Best HVAC company in East Tennessee! From all the contractors and companies we have dealt with in regards to our homes over the past 28 years, Cota's Comfort Heating and Air has been the most detailed, professional and knowledgeable company hands down. I would recommend them to anyone. We purchased a new Duel Fuel Heat pump, and furnace. They are reasonably and affordably priced. Extremely happy customer!

Did an ok job..did not bring floor roll out protection, i called Gary, supervisor brought. Apparently a miscommunication in house..workers left furnaces turned off, but no problem, we restarted.

THESE MEN DESERVE A RAISE From the very start Olin was very professional and informative and did everything in his power to make sure we were happy. It did not stop there. Three men came out DJ, MATT and GEORGE . They put in two complete units ( 4 ton and 2 1/2 ton ) in two days and made sure that our house was comfortable. Without any disruptions to the family's daily routine during the process . Also when they were done you could not even tell they have been here ( meaning left the area they were working in and around spotless) The owner EDDIE even came out to make sure everything was perfect. This company works hard to make sure you are happy. I would give more then 5 STARS. GREAT JOB MEN AND COTA'S COMFORT.
