Great job by the technician who preformed the yearly maintenance on my heating/cooling system and gas fireplace. He was very professional and did a super job checking and cleaning all the systems. It was during this check that a major problem was discovered in my heating system. After talking with Olin, and under no sales pressure, I decided to purchase a new system. Olin presented me with different options and explained the pros and cons of each choice. After deciding on the new system the install crew arrived about a week later and again were professional from start to finish including a great cleanup of the job site. Extremely fast and accurate service. Completely blown away by this company they are amazing! Our a.c. broke and it was in the 90's in our home, we were totally miserable... Cota came and fixed our unit in like 15 minutes and is been paradise ever since. Use them to fix your air conditioning, you won't regret it!!!!!

Sorry I don't remember the mans name who came out. ( Very nice ) He called when he was on his way, to let me know when he'd be here. I know nothing about furnaces in trailers, he could have taken me for a lot of money, BUT he didn't. All it was, was a reset switch on the motherboard. Service after the sale was not good. Daryl, the service manager questioned my version of the story when they were over an hour late for a tune up. I took time off from work to meet them at my house. They finally got there as I was leaving to go back to the office. I had no problem with them or the company 2 years ago when I spent thousands of dollars with them but now they questioned my integrity, no thanks. They will not be getting any referrals from me..... Very disappointed.

This company is very reliable and really helps the customer. I have used them in the past and they always meet my needs. Much better service than you get from the big companies.

After two other air conditioning companies left us down you guys came through my air conditioner should not turn itself off every month we got explained what was the problem it was fixed hopefully we’re good to go. The gentleman was very kind and understanding and he knew what he was doing he was surprised the other two companies didn’t see what the real problem was it proves the other companies not hiring knowledgeable people
