Service for installation was scheduled, employees showed up on time. They were very professional and did exactly as was described in our estimate. Went thru the unit to make sure it worked correctly and then explained the operation of the unit. A very satisfied experience. Thanks for your help.

Great to work with! Came home on a Saturday evening in August to find the downstairs AC wasn't working. Called a few different companies to see who could possibly make a Sunday morning visit to check it out. American Air was the first to confirm a Sunday visit with me and had my AC back up and running before 10am.

My old unit has going to cost to much for the repair needed(14 years old) so I got quotes from 3 company's for replacement. America Air offered the best price and service for a top line unit and followed thru with the install on time and left my place in great shape. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC service.

Recently had American Air replace one if our two HVAC systems. Their installers and service technicians are excellent...easy to work with and do top notch work. Skilled and knowledgeable.

Bought a home in Ooltewah that had a very old package unit. Called American Air and they installed a nice new Trane system. I like it and their service so much, I had them install a new mini-split system in a fourth bedroom above the garage which has worked extremely well.
Their technicians are polite and professional.
