St. John's Heating & Air

These guys are amazing. In 2021, we had most of the ductwork in our home replaced, an Aprilaire dehumidifier added in the crawl space for the duct work, and an Air Knight purification system installed. They did a fantastic job! They answered any question and were absolutely amazing to work with!
I was so impressed with the work that they did, and the time they took to explain it! I love that they stand behind the work they do!
I will be using them for any Heating and Air needs we have!

I've had my HVAC system repaired with different companies multiple times over the past year and each time it only lasted a few months. I called St. John's to get a quote for a new unit. Ryan first came to my home 2 weeks ago. He had great recommendations for what needed to be done and even found out that my unit was actually undersized. He offered great financing options and the install was scheduled for the next week.

The install went great, the 2 gentleman arrived on time, wore shoe covers in the home and treated the home with respect. They walked me through how to work my new thermostat and made sure I was happy before they left. Overall this was a 10/10 experience and I recommend anyone who wants quality service to use St. John's.

The entire team from St. John's Heating and Air were very professional. We had an entire new system installed. Derek did a great job on the service call finding out what was wrong with our old system. Ryan did a fantastic job helping us determine what was the best option for us on a new system. The installation crew of Cory and his helper were here for 3 days. The workmanship was great.They were very courteous and professional. The cleanup when they were finished was so good you didn't even know they were here. I would highly recommend St John's to anybody that needs a new heating and air system.

Derek and Ryan have provided service at both my home and at my business. They have done everything from general maintenance to new installs. We have had several instances where we have needed repair work done at my office due to having multiple old units, and St. John's has always gotten us on the schedule without having to wait too long, and Derek has always arrived at the time he has said he would. I recommend St. John's for any and all HVAC needs.

St. John’s replaced the old unit in my home. The whole process was seamless and stress free. Ryan came out and provided the estimate for what we needed done and Rebecca helped me complete the paperwork and find financing at 0%! During the installation, the team was professional and cleaned up after themselves completely even inside where they had to add two new vents. Ryan even came back towards the end of the installation to do a quality control check and make sure we knew how to use our new thermostat. I’ve also used St. John’s to do the maintenance to keep my new unit running like it should. This is the best experience I’ve ever had with an hvac company.

Had them do an inspection on a house I was under contract for. Were very thorough. The gentleman walked me through what he was looking at and explained common issues. Was also able to get a quote together for a split unit which I used to help negotiate repair costs. They were honest. Polite. On time. I believe it was $125 for the inspection. Would definitely use again.

I have nothing but good things to say about this company. Back in May, our 30 year old HVAC finally quit working. In the busiest season, and during a time when EVERYTHING is on back order, St John’s got us a great deal on a new unit and in less than two weeks had it installed. Fast forward two months, our second unit died. We called St John’s and they not only got it assessed and diagnosed quickly, but they went ABOVE AND BEYOND by investigating to find out that our unit was still under warranty and we’re able to replace the part rather than replacing the entire unit. We had no idea it was still under warranty, and they were under no obligation to search out that info since they were not the company who originally installed the unit many years ago. I would not considering using anyone else for my heating and cooling needs. Very, very impressed with their professionalism, prompt response and exceptional customer service.

Had my upstairs unit replaced. Had several companies bid, but Ryan from St. John's was the only one who actually took the time to take square footage and size the unit correctly. Installation went very smoothly and efficiently. Install technicians were very efficient and careful. Also signed up for the elite yearly service package. My first service was performed by Tanner who could not have been more professional and courteous. Over all extremely satisfied with my relationship with St John's. I would highly recommend giving them a call.
