We have used St John’s for years and every tech that has been to our home was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Josh did our fall maintenance yesterday and we could not be more pleased. Highly recommend.

I seriously wanted to spend more money with these guys when they were done. The level of professionalism and quality of service was unparalleled. I’ve had a ton of service folk in my home and not only did St. John's follow every COVID guideline to a “T” but they also made experienced recommendations based on my living arrangements. They didn’t hesitate to let me get quotes from other companies because they clearly knew they had the best price and encouraged me to do confirm that. Ryan prepared my quote within an hour of making a3 story inspection and actually took the card of the mold inspection company that had referred them so he could refer them back. That right there is what supports small business in America, folks. They did a full duct replacement and ac/heat pump replacement upstairs and did a dual custom split vent job in the basement and they did it all within 24 hours while I was working from home without a single interruption. WFH recommended!

Josh was great to work with very knowledgeable and courteous. Evaluated our system and described our problem so it was easy to understand and gave us solution options on fixing our problem. I have used them a couple times and definitely recommend them and will use them again on any future issues.

Yes...Customer Service is still out there...New Unit needed for our home and the team from St. John's exceeded our expectations. Ryan came out to inspect the home, thoroughly, gave a lot of useful information to help our home work better for us. The installation was done masterfully. The guys were professional, clean, kind and follow up visit, same day by Ryan. We are so glad to find them.

My old heating and air unit died on the Fourth of July weekend! I had wanted to upgrade to a larger unit, but I talked with two other local HVAC dealers, and I was told it could not be done. I then called Ryan St John at Saint John’s heating and air. He came to my home and did an extensive analysis and measurements of my duct work and square footage. He assured me it could be done! Long story short, they installed a new unit in one day! It was done efficiently and properly. I couldn’t be happier! My house has never been this cool! St John heating and air is a five-star company!

The BEST HVAC service in this area!!! We will absolutely never use anyone else! Our split unit system was installed incorrectly a few years ago and Derek looked at it one time and was able to fix all of our problems that others couldn’t figure out. Not to mention their customer service is impeccable! Absolutely love this company and would recommend them to anyone I know!!

I know I have no worries on my AC for ten years as well as my heat exchange for another twenty. And parts and service for three years to boot. These gentleman come out at 2:00a.m. if you have any problems.
I'm a barber in downtown Chattanooga and hear people sing their praises all the time. Always ask your barber who they recommend!

They came out and installed a new unit for us. Got here when they said they would, finished sooner than expected, and did fantastic work! They wore protective covers on their shoes to help keep the house clean, very professional the entire time, even though they had our dog up their noses most of the time. Lol very satisfied with the work and service we received.

Derek troubleshot our newly installed HVAC system, and Ryan redesigned it for us. Their team was very professional and had a quality of work.

Just had my heat go out during a weekend cold spell. St John's helped us to get our system to run until a part could be obtained on Monday. The technicians, both Derrick and Tanner, who did our work were very thorough, knowledgeable, and courteous. They patiently answered all questions. Thank you for being so professional and friendly.
