Excellent service. I was having issues and I needed a second opinion. American Air sent their owner out, and he personally reviewed my system and made a recommendation. He then sent out a technician to take care of my issue. It was done fast and affordable! Highly recommend.

We had several companies that came out to give us quotes. Lamar was knowledge, courteous and gave us a better price quote, a great warranty and took the time to answer our questions. The job was slated to take three days but they managed to get it done in two. They double checked the unit prior to leaving, cleaned up their mess and took the time to answer any questions. I would highly recommend their service.

Never got a detailed estimate, never received a receipt for payment. Final charge was $100 over assured guesstimate of less than $500. Sent two men to do a one man job. Should never send service tech to do an installers job. Takes to much time.

I have enjoyed a maintenance agreement with them for several years. Just had them replace and install my 1 1/2 new ton unit. All involved were great. Still waiting for our new thermostat to be installed. Needed a back plate. Also need all paperwork and papers to register products for warranty.

I called to get an estimate on a mini split and they came within a couple of hours. After we decided to pull the trigger, they installed system within a weeks time. Service techs were prompt, polite, and and kept jobsite clean after install. We are very pleased with our decision!

Purchased June 2014- Have had (2) Lennox units a year now. I spoke with Lamar several times before actually deciding to purchase. He answered each question quickly and mannerly. He did NOT use high-pressure, which I do not respond to well. He was professional and very courteous. The installation of our (2) replacement units was as planned and Lamar kept me apprised of the arrival time. We decided to relocate our units after the initial sales contract was signed. Lamar advised me of the cost to relocate. Everything as promised. Purchased through Costco which qualified us for an additional savings. We received it promptly. I would definitely recommend. The installation went quickly and neatly. We upgraded to the I-comfort control and enjoy seeing the weather displayed on it.

Highly recommended! They did a great job installing a Trane package unit. They show up on time and are very professional and courteous. Techs are well trained, and the prices are fair. These folks really do care about customers. Thanks American Air!

Called for a service and the tech came out and was honest about the situation. Told us it could be repaired, but that there were other underlying issues. Bret came out to quote the job and I kept asking about upsizing the unit. He measured the ductwork and explained the issues I'd run into with trying to upsize the unit. I appreciated the honesty as he could have easily made an easy buck by selling me something I didn't need.

Wyatt and his crew showed up to do the installation at 9:30 and were gone by 3:00. I appreciated their eye for craftsmanship. The little details such as cross breaking the rain shield to help keep standing water from rusting it out and the condensate line bends and angles.

The staff at American Air were great from the start! The customer service was superior. They kept my old system up and running until my new one could be installed. I highly recommend American Air if you need a new HVAC system

In the last 8 years, American Air has installed 2 mini-split units and one central unit in our home. Each and every time their workmanship and service was excellent. Their techs are friendly and professional and have never failed to complete a job on time and within budget. I do not trust any other company to even look at our HVAC systems much less allow them to work on them.
