Respectful, friendly guys. I had a maintenance visit and they were honest w/ me when asking their opinions about upgrades, etc. Overall seemed very thorough and our systems are working better. Highly recommended.

Service is good and they will cost you 3 times more than your average neighborhood HVAC company. Way too expensive, they don't disclose any price range when you call. Does not offer warranty on workmanship, and always in hurry to get work done.

Brett just came out to top off our freon. He was curtious and professional. Unfortunately, our system has run its course and it's time to replace. American Air HVAC will be our first stop. Great people to deal with. They even moved our appointment up when our situation got worse.

American Air guys installed a ductless mini split for me. They did a great job. This unit is whisper quiet and I very happy with their work. Will use again in the future.

American Air HVAC took an unpleasant situation and made the best of it by providing me with excellent customer service and did a great job of explaining every detail about my new system as well as why my old one was not adequate to cool my home. My contractor installed an undersized unit that could not keep up on hot summer days. For 2 years we suffered with 80+ degree temps in our house. After dealing with the company the contractor sent out several times with no solution, I called American Air HVAC and asked for their opinion. Turns out my unit was half the size I needed and the ductwork was also undersized. So we took a weekend vacation while they installed our new unit and couldn't be happier with the results. Ice cold air and our electric bill even went down because the old unit was running non-stop. Thanks again for a job well done.
