When the maintenance check was performed, the technician recommended that a UV system would be a good upgrade for the system. The unit to be installed was ordered and was in place by the afternoon of the next day. The technician was prompt, professional and courteous. He explained all that he did and was going to do and reviewed the work. He called before he arrived, worked quickly and efficiently. His review of the work done was much appreciated. He is an excellent representative of American Air!

The guys doing this service were very thorough, and took the time to provide a comprehensive analysis and adjustments that were needed. I have a high confidence level for the work all of the technicians that have worked on my units over the years. American air is a very professional, responsive and quality organization. Daniel and Matthew ran a gas line from outside of the house to my fireplace so I can hook up gas logs. These men were both friendly and professional!
