When our house was built the wrong HVAC system was put in and our upstairs was incredibly hot in the summer. American Air gave us a system that rectified all the errors and has it cool and comfortable year round despite the wonky duct work in the house! Any problems we have had are promptly addressed and rectified. I highly recommend this company.

They listened to my phone problem and sent James who found my problem and presented the solution including cost. Finally after 2 years and 4 heating and air companies, my problem is solved and working beautifully! I highly recommend American Air!

I own an older home so it definitely has some tricks up its sleeves, but each time I have had heating and cooling issues American Air HVAC has been there to take care of me. The compressor failed on our split system after almost fifteen years of good service. The original unit was serviced over the years by American Air and we can’t complain as it lasted a long time. We contracted with American for a full system replacement with a Trane Heatpump. After contacting American Air this past Thursday they installed the complete system two days later on Saturday. Wow, is that great service or what! Two very competent employees arrived and worked the entire day. Nothing less than a first class job by Shawn, (Sean) and his helper who worked tirelessly together as a team. My wife and I could not be happier with this family owned local company. We also have a Trane Package Unit which was also installed by American Air a few years ago. Our new Trane System comes with a full ten year warranty for parts and labor which is just unbeatable. The gentleman who did our Spring checkup and was very professional. I really felt he put our needs ahead of trying to sell something. We were very comfortable with his advice and service.

I originally had BJ out to give me an estimate on the cost of a complete new unit on a home we were in the process of purchasing. The home was in foreclosure so the buying process took over 6 months.
