Mr. Chuck and Mr. Chas what can I say, wonderful. Mr. Chuck I've dealt with him on numerous occasions and he's very professional and overall a breath of fresh air. Mr. Chase is new on the seen, but he knows whst he is talking about. This is the only company I will deal with. If you honesty and people who care and not rip you off, this is the company you need.

We are a new customer based on a neighbor’s referral. Compared them to competitors. Found all of our touch points with American Air to be characterized by punctuality, attentiveness, professionalism. They were excellent listeners with great follow up. We received precisely what we needed and wanted at a fair price without any second guessing whatsoever. Yes we would make the same decision to buy from them once again!

I have a 12 year old, 3.5 ton Tempstar packaged unit. I turned my heat on in early October and it didn't work. I used American Air for routine maintenance for a number of years, so I called them for the repair. Tyler arrived, and he told me the inducer draft motor needed to be replaced, and the box was cracked and also needed to be replaced. The repair would be $2,500 with a 30 day warranty!? To make things worse, Tyler said if it was his unit he would replace rather than repair, and quoted me $8,500 with 48 months interest free financing (sounds like commission to me). And he gave me this news like it was no big deal. Well, that is a lot of money to me. I declined the repair, paid the $146 trip charge, and immediately called Hiller.

Nick with Hiller quoted me $688 to replace the inducer draft motor, with a 2 year warranty. He provided me with numerous pictures of the problem and took me to the unit and showed me what was broken. He saw no cracking in the box, but said it is always important to have Carbon Monoxide detectors in a house with gas appliances (which I already have). Nick said he didn't see any reason why the unit wouldn't last for at least another year, and possibly two. That would give me time to save money and obtain quotes for a replacement. I had Nick complete the repair and the heat works great.

It seems like American Air inflated the price of the repair to try and scare me into a high priced, immediate replacement. I was a loyal customer for years, but I will never call American Air again.

Excellent service, knowledgeable and efficient staff, polite and courteous. They were able to expedite my installation, and even installed our new unit 3 days earlier than expected! They offered to follow up with other vendors to ensure the job was completed for me. Awesome, awesome, awesome. And the price was much better than any competitor I talked to! Just outright great! I will always make them my first call when it comes to HVAC!

I have used American Air for over 10 years to install 4 separate systems in my home and would not hesitate to recommend this small family business to anyone. On the rare occasion when emergency service was needed, they never failed to respond within 24 hours. They provide great friendly, knowledgeable, service.

Lamar (sales) and Chelsey (customer service) went above and beyond with their professionalism and knowledge. The installers were professional, clean and efficient. American Air took care of our needs quickly and fairly. I was a new customer and now will be returning customer for any future needs. Highly recommend based on my experience.

I am very happy with my installation, I did installations with my dad and I know what to look for as far a good job goes. I had a Lennox unit and i had to have the coil in the blower replaced and the blower motor in 12 years. There making everything with an emphasis on efficiency not reliability. I have a ten year labor and parts warranty so im good for ten more years at least.

Cannot say enough good things about Lamar and his team at American Air. Extremely professional, kind service. Went out of his way to accommodate my renter’s schedule and delivered a quality product at a reasonable price. Had two other competitors come by and was impressed with this company by far. Do yourself a favor and use their service.
