Called office with request for help with what appeared to be a condensation line leak which was manifesting inside the house. This was within six months of a new system installation. They had a service man on site within 2 hours - pretty amazing, actually. He found the issue and repaired it quickly. The serviceman was pleasant, interactive, and used appropriate social distancing and PPE measures as required in the era of Covid-19. He checked his work after completion, made sure the system was up and running effectively before he left, and even offered to send someone out to look at the water damage from the leak. Very prompt and professional service. Cost covered under warranty. Very well pleased. Recommend highly.

American Air is the first HVAC company we called when we needed a quote for an entire new unit and duct work. Very professional, hard working and honest family owned company. We had cold AC the first evening of the complete replacement. Very impressed with installers Michael & Wyatt. You guys were awesome! And thank you to BJ & James for designing the new duct work and units. We will recommend American Air to all our friends and family. A++

BJ and all the staff at American Air are great. I started using this company a couple of years ago and they have installed ductless HVAC units in two rental homes and a regular system in one of my other rental homes. They do a great job, use quality materials/products and they show up for service calls even when it's a last minute job. No surprise costs, no worrying whether someone will show up. Very upfront, honest service at an honest price.

American Air was quick to schedule an appointment with me. They followed up to see what we wanted to do and were able to order the new unit we needed. They always arrived within the time window they gave me. They were respectful and professional.

Great service. I was having issues keeping my house cool for company and I needed to have a tech come out quickly. American Air responded as needed and gave me options and recommendations. The tech got my air cooling great again and it was done fast and affordable! Highly recommend.

We chose American Air to replace our old unit....we certainly made right choice after exploring our options. In addition to our purchase we have taken advantage of their service program... we are elated with their responsiveness and service. American Air HVAC & Refrigeration did an excellent job on my AC Unit! they arrived when they said they would, worked quickly and efficiently, and didn't get in the way with my day to day routines. Cause we all know waiting on a repair man can bring down your whole day! I would happily recommend them to anyone and will definitely be using them for my routine check ups on all my AC & Heating Units in my house and business!

Chuck was wonderful! He was very professional and polite. He explained everything that was wrong and also what he was going to do to fix the issue. When I called the business phone number, Chelsea’s customer service was wonderful! Everyone was so great!

Their team is always responsive and timely. Alternatives are always provided for service options, and prices are much more reasonable than others in town. Their employees are always friendly, courteous, and genuinely care about the service quality they provide.

Five years ago I had a new Lennox system installed by another company (unfortunately I didn't know about American Air at the time).

The new system came with a 10 year warranty and I also had a service contract with the other company. When my system stopped working last year I was told it would be two to three weeks before they could replace a minor part!

I called American Air and they had someone at my house the same day and had the problem fixed the next day. They also were able to honor the excellent warranty that came with the unit.

I had another problem with my system yesterday, called American Air this morning and it was back up and running by lunch time.

After I had problems with the other company I also moved my service contract to American Air. They have been out two times since then doing routine inspections and maintenance. Their crews are timely and professional.

I can't recommend American Air enough. I just wish that I had known about them sooner!
