Very professional, knowledgeable, and capable! I have every confidence they were also thorough. I will use ONLY American Air for any HVAC issues.

Had them replace entire system several years ago and they maintain the system to this day. They are great folks! It is hard to find companies with integrity. They have integrity!

The annual maintenance service was performed by Tris. He was extremely polite, helpful and I would certainly call on his service again.

Triss was on time and is the first to clean this unit properly. He was very friendly and knowledgeable.

New tech Stephen, at least for us, he was early, polite, and did well explaining what he did for maintenance today. If he is new, I'd recommend keeping him around.

We had a new unit installed at our house yesterday. The technicians Kevin & Brent were wonderful. They worked hard all day & left our house clean (floor vacuumed & windows/curtains all in perfect shape). It was great to go upstairs last evening to a house all out back together again (and warm!) We are very thankful for American Air. (Also Lamar the salesman we worked with was great at explaining our options & getting the install all set up.)

Tris installed a lightbulb in the unit to eliminate mold/mildew. Very professional service.
