My service technician Benjamin was great at explaining the detail of the service. He also shared a few tips on keeping the house cool in the summer. Lastly, he was able to find a setting in my thermostat that I couldn’t get to myself. Overall very pleased with the appointment

I had a new heat pump unit installed. The crew was at work by 8:00 am and done before 2:00 pm. Everyone from the start of the purchase to the very end of the installation was very professional, friendly and courteous. I am now enjoying quiet cooling system.

Out of the 3 technicians that attempted to find the leak in my natural gas pipeline, Larry Lord with Roscoe Brown was the only tech that managed to find the leak that was in the main line inside the house foundation. Although it was not an easy fix, Larry Lord did not give up and found the leaking pipe. Kudos to Mr. Lord.

I had the privilege of knowing Mr. Roscoe Brown back many years ago. As advertisements surfaced about the same family ownership, I recalled Mr. Roscoe's attention to detail and how he maintained an incredible level of integrity and knowledge. With that recollection, I contacted them for the first time this year for a few things needed around the house. Every representative held a great knowledge and expertise in the subject at hand. Imagine this; I thought I had a "need" however the representative reported that I was okay and no need existed to spend the monies; this rep's name was Gunter Clifton -- his integrity, knowledge was very clearly the standards in place at Roscoe Brown. I am not a "review" type person; but to have an experience like mine, I would be remiss in not sharing my appreciation to Mr. Norman and his team. Thanks Gunter for being on time and honest with me. Roscommon Brown’s Nathan F was impressive! He actually checked out the manufacturer’s instillation of the whole house water filter system! After he figured what ever he needed to figure out he checked with us to see if we had any concerns. He was very informative and knowledgeable and answered our questions. Nathan came out to replace my outdoor faucets. He was very professional and respectful. He answered all my questions. He showed me photos of all the work he did under the house. I am very pleased with the excellent service that your technicians have provided lately. Jack Celatka performed a very thorough and efficient A/C maintenance service this morning. Jack was very knowledgeable in giving me information and answering my questions. Also, a couple of weeks ago Nathan Ferreira did an outstanding job in helping me select and then installing a new bathroom sink fixture. Nathan was very responsive in numerous messages and inquiries about what sort of fixture would work in my particular situation, and then he installed the new one most professionally.
