Wow! These people are absolute GEMS! From dispatch to service techs I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Henry was so kind and knowledgeable; helping us navigate a difficult problem with our water heater. He walked us through everything that went wrong with previous installations (not with Roscoe and Brown) and solutions to our problems! Jeff also made a follow up call and went above and beyond to make sure we have hot water! Thank you to the whole team at Roscoe and Brown! Y’all are amazing!

Unbelievable response to my emergency. I had a HVAC unit go out and tree roots in a septic line all the same day. After consulting with me about the problem their team went into action. Replacing unit and digging up and replacing the septic line. ALL THE SAME DAY! At one point there were 5 Roscoe Brown vehicles at our property. They worked past dark to get my property back together and functioning.

Nathan F. came out and repaired the plumbing issues I needed fixed and he was a very hard working employee, he went above and beyond, and before he left he made sure everything was cleaned up. He reset two toilets with all new flanks and screws etc,. and repaired my shower leak from shower head. and he even cut the drywall out so it wouldn't mold.
I would recommend this company to anyone who is need of any kind of service. Thanks so much for all of your help. Your employee Nathan F. was top notch. I'm so pleased with all the work he accomplished today. Thanks again for such wonderful service.

Friendly staff and quality service. I called about a rattling in my AC unit and Tommy handled all my questions and concerns over the phone. It was quick and painless to make an appointment.

The technician, Josh P., showed up the next day to evaluate the situation. He was very friendly and talked me through the situation they found. Josh was able to answer all my questions with a smile.

My part arrived extremely fast, so by the next day Mikey T. showed up bright and early to help me get my AC going. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional while having to go in and out of my home to do his work. Mikey had a great attitude and was very respectful of my time since I work from home as well.

I could not have asked for better service from start to finish. I highly recommend calling them for any issues you might have.

Call them First! Fantastic Customer Service! Josh P. the technician was first sent out to determine the issue with my unit. He was very friendly, happy, professional, knowledgeable, nice to my dog and my dog liked him, (that’s a good sign that he’s a good person!) He was also clear on my options. Basically, order a part and wait for it knowing that the unit could fail another way since it had reached its age limit or get a new one. He went above and beyond getting The Comfort Advisor on the phone to be at my home bright and early the next day!

As promised Dennis aka C.A. arrived on time bright and early. He is such a nice, friendly guy! Again, my dog took to him as well. Dennis discussed the pros and cons of the units. He didn’t pressure me at all to buy the most expensive and allowed me the opportunity to ask whatever questions I had especially since the last time I even talked about this was in 2009. I made my decision to get a new one installed now. I thanked God that it happened when it did and not in the freezing cold or when the price increase happens everywhere next year when units shoot up 15%~20% or more with every company. Roscoe Brown unfortunately has no control over that.

Dennis went above and beyond too! He got me on the schedule first thing and let me just say Sean and Edgar the two technicians that did the install were amazing! My Chip did bark some with the pounding and noise but he liked these two;) Seriously, they worked hard and all day! No lunch even! Thankfully, it wasn’t raining just wet. They were nice, funny, personable, dedicated, and just awesome guys! I was and am seriously impressed with their ability to do what they do! They got skills! That is a trade that that will always be needed and I am very thankful for them pursuing it and doing so well! As they finished Terry from Roscoe Brown came by to take a look and was pleased as well.

In '16 we started using Roscoe Brown for our HVAC service. In '18 we had them install a mini split AC/Heat system in our garage. We have a growing concern that, like Smyrna and Laverne, we will be experiencing blackouts. Between the tremendous number of people moving in and the D.C. push for EV's, that our TVA power will be stretched thin. So rather than buying a home generator from the big box stores and hiring an unknown contractor to install it, we would buy the package from Roscoe Brown. Easy to work with, excellent communication, competitive prices and quality installation. We're ready!

What a great experience! We lost power to the AC on Sunday night and called first thing Monday morning. They were able to get to us that same day. Their communication was much appreciated, as I work away from home and had to meet them for my appointment. Nathan
D. got there in a timely manner. Took his time to diagnose the problem and fix our AC unit. He was very knowledgeable and patient to explain the issue and what he did to fix it. There was an issue with some spilled grout in the attic that fell and stained my carpet but Nathan D. offered to vacuum and clean the floor to the best of his ability. He even offered to have a professional cleaner come to rectify the situation. Such a considerate worker. I hope you can be serviced by Nathan D because he truly cares about the work he performs!

From start to finish this was the best group of individuals I have ever had the privilege of working with! The price was HANDS DOWN the cheapest of all their competitors. The installation crew was so respectful, thoughtful, helpful and just an overall delight. My sister and I felt as if ALL of our cares and concerns were more than taken care of. I would recommend Roscoe Brown to anyone for all heating and cooling needs!!!!!!!!

Every time I call Roscoe Brown, they exceed my expectations. We had our HVAC maintenance performed today by Chris C and he answered all of my questions and was very professional. The customer service team is also lovely to speak with. I will always call Roscoe Brown to service my home. Thank you!

Our technician was Chris Nance out of McMinnville location. Very Professional, courteous and a "Jack of All Trades". Chris explained what he was going to do on the 5 jobs being done. When work was completed, we were beyond happy and satisfied. Roscoe Browns team was a blessing to work with. (Customer Service) In our eyes Chris is an Asset to the company. We will be calling them again plus referring them to others.
