I recently had a Daikin Mini Split installed at my home. Sean Maynard and Chris Filyaw were very helpful and professional installers! They were very a receptive to my needs and did a very good job !

I called for repair on my HVAC at 4:30 in the afternoon, when I realized the house was getting cold, and the thermostat was not working. The lady that took my call was very sympathetic and apologetic that they could not get to me that evening, but promised service first thing in the AM. True to their word, the workmen were here before 9 AM, found the problem right away, gave me a price before they started work and fixed it promptly. They were freindly, polite, professional and very fair. I will be using Roscoe Brown for all my heating and plumbing needs.

Brandon at Roscoe Brown came out to our house on a Saturday to find and repair an issue with our plumbing. He was knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend Brandon and Roscoe Brown for plumbing issues and repairs.

Brandon (LNU) arrived on time. He immediately assessed the plumbing leaks that I was experiencing (i.e., I am upstairs bath, broom, waterline, upstairs bath, tub, drain line, and main waterline leading into the house from the meter ). He accurately prepared an estimate (parts/labor) of the total cost for the plumbing repair and presented the estimate to me. He answered all of my questions upon my review of his estimate. I gave Brandon the “go ahead” to perform the repairs. Brandon, working alone completed all of that work expeditiously as well as professionally. The quality of his work speaks volumes as to Brandon‘s plumbing experience. Brandon also explained that I have a full 100% one-year warranty on all parts and labor. hopefully I will never have to call upon Roscoe Brown for any future repairs; however, if I do, I hope that I can request the services of Brandon.

We had to have Roscoe Brown back out for a different plumbing issue. They are so good. Tech was Joseph. Ontime, quick work, identified the problem, fixed it. Great work and was a good, friendly guy. Roscoe Brown get's two thumbs up. I will be calling them for plumbing this day forward and when AC contract ends with another firm, We will be getting Roscoe Brown our AC needs and Maintenance.

We had a clogged kitchen sink drain, that would not budge. Our very professional plumber, Mr Dylan Eady, came out and cleared our drain in just a few minutes with the right tools, and made sure to go over options with us before we ever started so that we knew what to expect. I was incredibly grateful for his professionalism and knowledge as well as the kindness he showed to our house and family. Thankfully we are able to use the sink and dishwasher once again.

The scheduling for this service was quick and easy. They sent out their technician within 24hrs. The technician Mr. Benjamin called ahead as advertised and was on time and exceptional. Extremely knowledgeable, professional and helpful. I was with him the entire duration and he was thorough and informative. Very pleased with this service and Mr. Benjamin. Will schedule future maintenance in the future with Roscoe Brown.

Josh was thorough and did a great job explaining the status of my HVAC unit. Roscoe Brown has been the best in the business for dealing with issues in my condo.
