Henry from Roscoe Brown came by to fix my rocking toilet and to give me an estimate on my leaky sink. He fixed both quickly and professionally so fast it made my head spin. If I need Roscoe Brown again I will b sure to request Henry!!!

Dylan Townsend with Roscoe Brown did an outstanding job of determining the problem with my HVAC unit and made necessary repairs in a timely manner. He also explained the problem and what needed to be done to correct it such that a layman could understand.

Troy responded very quickly to our having no water. As always he's great to work with. And our technician, Samuel Vazquez, was very efficient in diagnosing the issue and making the needed repairs. Highly recommend this Company.

They sent a technician that was not experienced. They put in a new thermostat and didn’t finish with the installment. A third technician had to be called in. After that he came up needing a new motor. After they all left, next day had to call in another company to find out what was really wrong. These people charged me money even though it was never fixed. I definitely would not recommend this company.

When my AC ceased working after a power outage I called a few other top tier vendors in the area. They each claimed they weren't available to for 1-2 weeks. Roscoe Brown was my fourth call. They should have been my first. Roscoe Brown came to my aid within 24 hours. Beyond the immediate response, Nathan arrived and thoroughly began troubleshooting. After determining it was a faulty board, he made arrangements to get replacement parts and make repairs. He also made the necessary repairs to get the AC operational while the new parts were shipped. Nathan ensured the process was as quick and easy as possible until the job was completely done. He was very responsive and went out of his way to explain every step of the process. Communication was top notch. I would highly recommend Roscoe Brown to anyone in need of reliable, friendly, and high-quality service.

Roscoe Brown did a great job initially providing information on the various systems they install and recommending a unit for upstairs. The installation men were punctual, courteous, thorough and neat. I would definitely recommend them.

Called for emergency leak from hot water heater. They got here within hours equipped for repair or a replacement heater. Josh and Mabry were very professional and thorough in their assessment & extremely quick in replacing the heater. Highly recommend.

Roscoe Brown is always my go-to for HVAC issues. Had my upstairs unit go out and they scheduled a technician for the next day. I showed Mikey Tidwell (the technician) the unit and before I could refill my coffee, he had already diagnosed the issue! But he didn't stop there, he went above and beyond to look upstairs where a leak might be occurring. He gave me multiple options of what to do and gave his expert recommendation. If anymore issues arise, Roscoe Brown is my first call and I hope they send Mikey again!

I wanted to thank Roscoe Brown and the incredible service we received on 12/17/2022. Brandon Alberts was our plumber and he was FANTASTIC! We were one of the last calls he had for the day, but Brandon gave us expert care and help with our plumbing needs. We thought we had a pipe burst, but it was actually a leaking line. Brandon climbed in the wall and went out of his way to take care of our walls, so we can easily repair them later. Brandon took time to answer all Troy’s questions and was so kind to us.
