Mikey Tidwell repaired our A/C system and he was on time, professional, very friendly and efficient. I highly recommend Roscoe Brown services and appreciate that they always give high quality service.

I had Chris C. perform HVAC semi annual maintenance and he was on time and was took his time checking everything out. He also flushed out the condensation pump in the attic, and made sure no issues with both HVAC units.

Had a maintenance check this morning 2.9.23 from JC & Dillion. Most effective workers I have seen yet! The ability to actually tell me items I needed for unit was personable and professional. It was time to replace my upstairs HVAC system. Jonathan and Samuel did a great job! They were professional, polite, steady workers, and answered my questions. They always put their shoe covers on when coming in and cleaned up when done. It made me glad to have once again decided to use Roscoe Brown. I am a long term customer.

Seth was a great help who came out in the rain to diagnose what was wrong with my HVAC unit. He explained things in an easy to understand way for myself, but also helped teach his mentee!

I have used Roscoe Brown twice thus far and they have provided nothing but exceptional service. The first time they serviced me was back in September 2022 when my AC unit was no longer functioning properly. They sent Nathan D out as my technician. He was efficient and responsive. Completing the work properly and answering any questions that I had.

I unfortunately had my HVAC unit collect frost and required another visit. I immediately contacted Roscoe Brown as they are reliable and honest. The female representative was helpful and scheduled Nathan D to come out same-day. Nathan D provided the best service as he did in September.

The guys from Roscoe Brown came out removed the old ductwork and plastic and replaced everything with new plastic, new ductwork, new vents and grilles. They cleaned up all the residue from the replacement. They were very efficient, considerate and courteous. I will definitely use them again when I need replacements on other sections of my house.
