We have used Roscoe Brown for many things including our HVAC installed each time they have been courteous and professional. Today, we discovered a leak from an old cast iron pipe under our kitchen sink. Nathan Ferreria came to do the repair and after evaluating the problem he gave us a quote and then did an inventory of parts he has on his truck. He went to get parts before starting the repairs. He completed the job in less time than he estimated which saved us some coin. He even sweep up after
himself. Please call these people for your plumbing needs. They will treat you right.

I was so very impressed with the detailed maintenance! I have never had a company that was so thorough. The young man, Nathan, was more than just nice. He basically talked me through each step so I could understand what was being done. If possible, I may request him for my spring maintenance. On 11.3.22, Roscoe Brown Service Technician PJ arrived to perform winter maintenance on my 2 yr. old system. He had to replace the burners and told me they were under warranty. he remarked it was unusual for them to fail so quickly. I mentioned that I had run out of gas this summer. Being the pro he is, he went and checked my gas line to the unit for leaks, found several, and made repairs. His attention to detail and professionalism is first class. I have had to call Roscoe Brown on other occasions, and all were excellent.

The technician was able to come the day I called with a problem and fixed it lickety split. He was very knowledgeable and didn't try to upsell like most do. Very good experience!

We had our unit keep powering down during the last freeze which left the hose quite cold. Mikey T. Came out and looked it over, found and resolved our issue in about an hour. He was very professional and informational.

I've used Roscoe Brown for years, both at my rental property and my own home. I find them professional and very honest - they've never tried to up-sell me. In this case, the upstairs AC unit had to be replaced. It was a tough job because the blower system is in the attic. Shawn and Chris did a great job, with no damage to anything in my house. They stuck to it until they were satisfied the job was complete, and performed the job with good humor and efficiency.
