Roscoe Brown Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing

We use Roscoe Brown for everything. Recently, we had a damper fail. They came right out and fixed it. Unfortunately, something was left undone, so soon after the system went down all the way. I called Roscoe and they had someone come right out and diagnose. Then more recently, had a leak on ceiling downstairs. Had to call Roscoe again. They had someone come someday today, Dylan Townsend. He quickly found the issue and repaired it. He was very nice, efficient and provided great service.
I highly recommend Roscoe Brown and Dylan if you can get him.

Woke up to the my water heater leaking on a Sunday this past memorial day long weekend. This is one of the last things you want to deal on a long weekend. I was lucky enough to call Roscoe Brown on that Sunday and Jamie Jarrett was available to come out and assist with my situation. He installed a brand new water heater. Jamie was knowledgeable, patient, gave me options and went above and beyond to explain everything. Appreciate that!!

I just moved here a week ago and had NO IDEA who to call to fix the backed up tub drain in my brand new (old) house. I found Roscoe Brown on Yelp, and they were SO GOOD!!! Joseph Q. was so helpful, he took the time to troubleshoot and ask questions, and he answered my questions too, and he found the problem which turned out to the be the kitchen drain (something I would have never thought of.) Once he zeroed in on that, he was able to fix the problem with BOTH drains and now they are working great. Thank you!!!! Excellent work, reasonable price, and friendly and helpful. We needed a new heat pump and Roscoe Brown came to our aid and sent two qualified attendants to install it. William and team hauled out the dysfunctional air handler up in the attic; which was not an easy reach. They came with the system we originally agreed to purchase, ( through a very easy financing system ), and realized it was the wrong size. William quickly called in for the (upgrade) correct size and we weren’t charged any more. I would definitely recommend them for all hvac needs!

Thank you Mikey Tidwell. We had an issue with our condenser and Roscoe Brown was on it. They were able to work an emergency service call in the day it went out. They got the part ordered and ensured that the repair schedule was communicated to us. Mikey came out and fixed the unit in a couple of hours. Great job!

I've never been disappointed in the services provided by Roscoe Brown, specifically with their caliber of repair and maintenance technicians. I recently had a cooling system failure and from Roscoe Brown's front-line customer service representative to the amazing service technician, everyone was responsive and professional. My repair technician (Nathan) was polite, professional, and wasn't only there to fix the problem but also help me learn how to better care for and maximize the life of my HVAC components.

The scheduled plumbing maintenance was performed very well and professionally. Mabry also gave me some instructions regarding drain cleaning. Very helpful..

The tech originally scheduled did not come on time. I called to check. The tech called in sick.. They were able to send another right away.

I called Roscoe Brown after being stood up by another plumber. I called on Saturday morning and they were able to have Brandon Alberts out in about 2.5 hours. He quickly assessed the issue with my shower faucet. Since he didn't have the part on his truck, he left to purchase and returned quickly to repair. Brandon was very professional, gave good tips, and was very knowledgeable with all things plumbing. I highly recommend Roscoe Brown, and Brandon Alberts!!

Roscoe Brown has, hands down, THE BEST customer service I have ever encountered! Not only were the ladies I spoke with super friendly, they called me back if they missed my call. The plumbers are also so kind and hard working. We had a sewer line installed in our yard by them and they were knowledgeable and got the work done in a timely manner, while staying in communication with us! Great job!!
