Roscoe Brown Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing

This Friday March 31st we received our much-needed condenser coil just in time for warmer temperatures. Mikey Tidwell arrived right on time 07:30 to complete the installation. Mikey made things look easy and followed through on every detail until the unit was up and running! Great job.

Jamie Jarrett was the plumbing technician assigned to my job. My tankless water heater was not working properly. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly as he evaluated the problem and determined what needed to be repaired. He also provided me with estimates for future work and explained the process involved. I appreciate the quality and services offered by Roscoe Brown and signed up for annual maintenance.

Ben Young serviced my cooling unit on 5/23/2023. Ben was very courtious and professional. He was very thorough and informed me about everything he checked and he answered all of my questions. I would like him to come back and service my unit in the fall.

We had the pleasure of having Benjamin Young for our technician. He was not only very professional but provided prompt service with an excellent attitude and an eagerness to resolve our issues without delay!

Roscoe Brown was very responsive this week when our water heater went out. They sent Nathan F was out to work on our tankless water heater. He was very professional and courteous. He explained everything thoroughly and provided multiple options. His service was excellent!

Seth was fantastic to work with. He was very professional and knowledgeable on what was wrong with my unit and also explained it very thoroughly. I would strongly recommend this company and an extra shout out to Seth Williams!
