I was so impressed by this company and their professionalism. The communication was amazing and each person I spoke with was friendly and willing to help. Bruce worked endlessly to find us a solution to fix our AC when the manufacturer indicated the part was on backorder. I am so appreciative!

Jeff my tech was wonderful. Above and beyond service, very thorough service with my unit. I say above and beyond because my neighbors cat was stuck on the roof of my condo complex and Jeff even got his tall ladder and rescued the cat. May people these days would not do that. Thanks to Jeff Cooley for a great experience with the winter tune-up on my unit and for helping my neighbor save his kitty.

It’s 30 and getting colder with the temperature haded to 7 degrees for the night. I came home and saw five trucks at my neighbor house. Getting the job done! Good to see th effort being put into helping a customer stay warm.

Zach Wingate was our service tech. He was prompt, professional and cleaned up after himself. Zach did explain to us a service agreement Russell and Abbott have that saves customers some money for yearly fee...he did not try to sell unnecessary repairs or a new unit...We were very satisfied with the service

Cole performed maintenance on my unit today. Cole arrived on time he conducted himself in a professional manner and represented Russell & Abbott well. He was knowledgeable of services offered by the company and answered my questions. I recommend their services and will continue to use them for my HVAC needs.

Chris Kelso came out a few minutes before the time the receptionist had given me, which was a blessing.
Also, he was very nice and professional. He fixed the problem in a timely manner, showed me a picture of the problem and explained what he had done. Russell and Abbott had sent me a picture of Chris before he came out which I think is a great idea - that way you know you’re not inviting a stranger into your home.
I highly recommend this company if you are having any heating/air issues.

They were very professional, on time, and cleaned up after they installed our new unit. They came back out to ensure it was running correctly after the season's changed, which really impressed me. Super nice, mannered folks!

Our service techs were Mark, Isaiah, and cohorts did a knock out job and it wasn't an easy install. Kudos! PS: We needed a revisit in cold weather the unit didn't seem to put out much heat. The service tech was both knowledgeable and friendly and he pointed out several things we had done wrong and he corrected them with instructions on how to maintain good heat flow through a mini-split system. Auggie (sp) was great!

Impressive. I received a call before the technician’s arrival. On time, in fact early. Very professional, friendly updated me on condition of system, made me aware of a possible need, and on completion reviewed what was done. I was very pleased with the service received. Exceptional.
