Russell & Abbott Heating and Cooling

This company came out and replaced a part of my unit at the end of last summer. At the beginning of the next season it already wasn't working again. They would not come out for free to look at it even though they had just supposedly fixed it. I had to pay another company to come out and confirm the issue then Russell and Abbott finally came out after dealing with their service manager. When they came out they tried to say a completely different part was broken and needed to be replaced. I called a real company to come look and they solved the issue without replacing anything and confirmed there was nothing needing to be replaced. I would not trust this company to diagnose any issues with your unit or do any repairs. Overall bad experience and no remorse or anything from them to try to solve issues.

The representative, Jeff, showed up within stated time window. He explained what he was doing and what repairs and parts were needed. He had the parts with him and completed the repair and replaceed the failing part in a timely manner. I purchased one of the maintenance plans and will continue to use Russell & Abbott.

Our service person, Daniel, was excellent! He was right on time, and he explained everything he was doing thoroughly and courteously. We signed up for the twice/year maintenance plan, which we felt was a good bargain. We were pleased to find out that when we needed to replace a part on the furnace, it was discounted as part of our having signed up for the yearly maintenance plan.

First, the person that scheduled the service for me was very friendly and even knowledgeable.
Then, Tim Holler (service technician) arrived on time and quickly diagnosed and FIXED the problem. Tim also explained the current condition of my HVAC system and listened to my thoughts complaints. Tim Holler knows what he is doing. I trust him and consequently trust Russell & Abbott. I highly recommend Russell & Abbott without hesitation.

Their employees are professional, courteous, and prompt and are careful with your home. They actually fulfill their warranty promises making them a 21st century company with old school quality!

Three years ago we had Russell & Abbott install an ONYX Hard Core dual system for our heat and air needs. It has proven to be a great investment as our overall energy cost have improved due to the efficiency of this unit. We have a 10 year maintenance warranty and the check ups every 6 months are included. Cole came out and was both efficient in his work and very professional. Highest praise for technician, Jeff Cooley. This was our first experience with Russell & Abbott and based on the timely, professional, helpful, polite service we received, it sure won’t be the last. Not only did Jeff do the job, he took time to answer all my questions and showed me ways I could enhance my heating units effectiveness. Even pointed out things he discovered during his inspection that had nothing to do with “his job” but that needed attention to get the best heating results, i.e. sagging insulation under flooring. Russell & Abbott will be our “go to” company for heating and air.
