Russell & Abbott has been great! I bought my first home and the previous owner didn't do much maintenance and my HVAC system was older. I was so worried it'd just collapse any second. They've been amazing at keeping it running and clean. It's working like a champ. They show up on time and always explain what they're doing and why. Everyone who shows up has been excellent. It's been so nice to have one less thing to worry about!

I highly recommend Russell & Abbot. I went down to my basement one morning and found water on the floor. I panicked but was able to get same day service. What a relief. The technician they sent was polite and pleasant and took care of the furnace leak. I will have them come back regularly for maintenance to avoid future problems. I am so pleased with their service. OMG! I should have called Russell Abbott years ago. What a fantastic company! I had issues with another company, so I called Russell Abbott after reading reviews. Matt was out technician, and he was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. The other company had told us we needed repairs totaling $1400. Matt figured out part of our issue was dead batteries in the thermostat. I mean, dead batteries versus $1400. It is so refreshing not to be lied to. I am only going to use Russell Abbott. So happy.

Chris K was great and on time. So happy to have someone be able to come the same day that I called. He was in and out within an hour and a half of diagnosing and clearing a clogged drain that shut my system down. Will definitely be calling back to schedule a biannual maintenance schedule.

Came for BI- Yearly service needed part, Repair complete, also future cleaning necessary but advised I should be good till spring.

Courteous on the phone while taking my information. Scheduling was prompt. Called me back and offered to come earlier. Quickly repaired the unit. Quickly confirmed my unit was under warranty even though they didn’t install it.
