Hayden is a wonderful service technician. He was friendly, professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. He identified and took care of our problem quickly.

Russell & Abbott replaced my 12 year old HVAC system with a new Onyx system. They made a difficult attic air handler installation seem like a routine one. The installation team was very professional and exceeded my expectations. I’m very happy with my new system and 10 year warranty.

I have been using them for over a year for cleaning and maintaining. We had a new ac installed in October 2022. We couldn't believe the 10 year warranty on all aspects of it. We have nothing but great things to say about them and there professionalism and how they go above and beyond for their customers.

Technicians were very professional and courteous. Did quick work cleaned up after themselves. Explained everything with options of what needed to be done. We have the biannual maintenance plan and with two old units have found it to be needed.

Tech was prompt, polite and very knowledgeable. James will always be welcome in my home. This company bends over backwards to try and accommodate their customers

I requested ac checkout and they responded within two days. The tech was professional and careful to not damage or dirty my home. All told a professional job. I'll use them again.

Unfortunately the last two seasonal maintenance visits we did not receive a text with the technicians name and photo alerting us to the ETA. It was this level of service that set Russell and Abbott apart and gave value to the higher price tag, I also highly valued knowing when to expect an arrival. Russell and Abbott needs to be rethink this degradation in customer service.

James very quickly diagnosed the issue with my system and, despite doing a leak test, only charged the service fee! I am now able to shop around for a better price (pricing across AC services varies wildly from company to company depending on which repair is being done).

Planning an appointment the staff does an excellent job in setting a day and time plus their follow up is excellent. The Serviceman Chris showed up on time and was very thorough with his work and sharing any concerns or suggestions. Thank you all.

Send a picture of technician prior to arrival. Arrive on time. Very through and explain checks and results. Very personable and easy to work with. Highly recommend this company
