Russell & Abbott Heating and Cooling

Russell and Abbott serviced my A/C this evening. There was a burnt out fuse. The fee was 160$. I'm so thankful! I told "Daniel" I appreciated his work and honesty. He educated us about our unit and he was efficient and timely. He didn't try to up sell or BS us in any way that I could tell. I was very pleased with the service. I called at 4:15 today and they arrived a little after 5pm even though I told them it's not urgent due to my recent purchase of a window unit. 5 stars! I would definitely call them again. First positive experience we’ve had with home service providers in some time. Thank you.

Edward Myersfrom Russell was great. He explained everything in ways I could easily understand and was patient and calming. I had just bought the house and had not yet moved in when the Real estate agent alerted me the downstairs was not heating and just before an arctic cold front came in. Edward came and solved all the worries and fixed the problems and explained everything calmly and clearly. I know now the technician and company to recommend as does my real estate agent. This is what makes America Great.

The whole experience with Russell & Abbott was wonderful. I called as soon as they opened the next morning after our AC went out late at night. Bruce was very pleasant to talk to and had the service tech, Daniel, out to our house within 30 minutes. Daniel was very professional and detailed in explaining our issue with the outside fan motor. He replaced the motor and rechecked everything on our unit in 30 minutes. Great experience and service! Thank you!

Zachary Wingate was my tech today and I was very pleased with his professionalism and knowledge. He went above and beyond to do a few extra things that have never been done before. Friendly and nice to talk to. Excellent employee for Russell & Abbott.

Logan and Stephen were very polite and professional. They called the day before the service, told us when they would arrive and showed up exactly on time. They did everything that needed to be done and explained what they were doing and why. We appreciate their excellent service. Moreover, we really enjoy our Onyx unit which Russell and Abbot installed several years ago. It works flawlessly and keeps up comfortable year around.

Have been using Russell and Abbott for 18 years. Would definitely recommend them to anyone .

Zach, the technician, arrived this morning to perform the previously scheduled heat check-up on our heating/cooling unit. He arrived on time, was polite, knowledgeable, quick, and thorough.
