James and Steven did a great job with the preventive maintenance of my AC unit. They were professional and knowledgeable.

I called one morning to request a service call for an HVAC issue I was having. I am limited to pretty much late day / after hours appointments. They worked me in that day and a service tech met me at my house at 5:30. Luckily there was nothing significantly wrong with the unit.....he diagnosed it and had it up and running within 30 minutes. Very professional and very affordable for an after hours service call. Would highly recommend!

Tim and Brandon are very professional and friendly. They went above and beyond when I asked them if they could remove a couple of screws from a treadmill I was dismantling. They couldn't get the screws out, but had a saw in their vehicle that sliced right through the metal. They even helped me move what was left of the treadmill to the garage. They definitely get five stars and more! Thanks guys for being so helpful and nice. Russell and Abbott are very lucky to have you two!

I am very happy with the service I received, very timely, and was quite impressed with Zach's knowledge of my systems. He also was very kind and conversational with my grandchildren, so very much 2 thumbs up!!

Logan did an excellent job of detecting and offering solutions to my problem. He was efficient, professional and seemed to have my problem identified. I hope that all your employees are as friendly and helpful as he was. Now we are waiting for parts to resolve my air conditioning problem.

Brandon was very helpful and knowledgeable about solving the issue. It was drizzling and Brandon wore shoe covers every time he came into my house. I told him he didn't have to, but it was very appreciated that he did. It did not take Brandon very long to figure out what was happening and to fix it. He told me exactly what the problem was and how he fixed it. I have had very good service from everyone at Russell & Abbott that I have interacted with. They are very quick to respond and fix your issue. Glad to have gone with them when it was time to replace my HVAC unit.

Great experience - very pleased with service! Daniel our tech was very knowledgeable and diagnosed what was needed for our home. Very thorough checking all ducts and return. Will definitely use Russell & Abbott again, and especially when it comes time for a new unit.

Zach was excellent. Very personable & pleasant to interact with. From my limited knowledge, appeared to do one of the best checks I have ever had done on the upstairs Trane unit. Explained everything he had done, equipment readings, etc. And he pulled his shoes off when he came in from outside!! And Bruce called ahead to advise us that Zach was delayed at another job. Gave us a timeframe of 2:30 - 3:30 pm and Zach was here about 2:35 pm. Excellent service experience!!
