Jessie provided top notch service. He insured the repair was completed and insuring connections were tight eliminating any gas leaks. I would recommend R&M to all my friends and family.

The heat quit working and I called Service Experts at 6:04 pm. The technician Zack called me at 6:28 and was at my home by 6:40. He had my heat on and diagnosed the problem and fixed it and was gone by 7:40. He was very professional, on time and courteous and coming back tomorrow to replace the air filter that was dirty. Thank you Zack!!! I have heat again!

Josh and James came out to do the yearly checkup on my system. They were very knowledgeable and explained everything really well. Highly recommend!

R&M service technician Jamie arrived exactly on time, and did a thorough, professional job on the semi-annual preventative maintenance on our dual HVAC systems. He discovered a problem with mold formation on the evaporator coil of our older package unit, and we agreed to have him install a UV lamp unit to match the one on our newest unit, to take care of the problem. That installation was completed during this service visit. Much appreciated!
