Jason and Bobby were out here on Saturday to install our new water heater and water softener system - I would highly recommend Jason and Bobby - they were very nice, answered our questions and they knew what they were doing - We love working with R&M Climate Control

R&M has provided great service to my home. They perform system checks thoroughly and any repairs are completed timely. Our service technician most recently, Kevin, was punctual, professional, and friendly. He made sure to leave the crawlspace area as neat as when he arrived. Thank you for providing such great service time and time again!

After using my heater for the first time of the season, the duel fuel function was malfunctioning. With 55° to 65° weather the thermostat kept defaulting from heat pump to gas heat, something used at 35° or colder. I requested a service call under our maintenance program and a very nice woman promptly gave me an appointment date very soon. The morning of the scheduled appointment Richard called to inform what time he and Mike would arrive. They soon arrived on time as promised. After explaining the symptoms of my problem, Mike and Richard worked as a team and quickly identified the issue with the thermostat. Once some programing and followup diagnostics were completed, the system was operating as designed. As with other R&M employees we experienced, Mike and Richard were very engaging and professional. They explained the resolution of the thermostat issue in a way I could understand. They both stayed until the system had successfully cycled through several times verifying it was operating properly. I appreciate the quality of the employees who work for R,&M and their annual maintenance program is wonderful and a great value. I continue to recommend R&M to the people in my community. Darrin and Jesse arrived soon after my request for service. They were knowledgeable, efficient and polite. I would highly recommend each of these technicians.

I had my electric tank water changed out to a tankless gas unit. I was not pressured into this decision. I hate when someone tries to upsell me on something. It was my idea. I have this type of system in another home and love it. Not to mention my water heater was a 1997 model. James got me set up to meet my needs and my install was the next day. Robert and Jason worked diligently to get me up and running. Great service. Great office staff. I recommend R&M Climate Control for HVAC and plumbing needs.

Around 11:45 this morning I received an ecosystem alert on my phone that my system was off. I called the office and within the hour Chris and Koby were at my home working on the system. Around 1:45 pm an employee from ORUD knocked on my door to let me know that the gas had been turned off d/t a line cut up and across the street from me. It is now 2:00 pm, the system is up and running, the pilot light on my hot water heater has been relit and all workmen are on their way. I told the ORUD rep that it would be nice to be alerted when gas is cut off. He responded that I must have an excellent HVAC company to get service personnel here so quickly. Congrats Chris and Koby!!
