R & M Climate Control Service Experts

Darwin and Danny came out in the storm this morning to service my unit. They were polite and efficient and did a great job checking everything out!

Douglas Stamp did an excellent job with our plumbing. He set up a safety drain for our hot water heater, installed new fixture in one of our bathrooms, and fixed a rusting pipe in another. He did a super job!

Koby and Chris were a great team today to help go through my current AC unit. Koby was very thorough in his inspection and explanation of the issues. Chris was able to walk me through replacement options, what was the right sized unit and helped get the cost to the right level. I use R & M for all HVAC needs.

Koby and Talon serviced our unit and Koby recommended a surge protector on the furnace part of our system, which I agreed to have him install. Everything went smoothly, and both were excellent at explaining options for us with different and additional equipment later on to consider. I have been with R & M Service Experts as a customer for nearly 24 years. These two gentlemen represent the company in a very positive manner. They are welcome at our residence any time in the future.

Jesse and Richard (4/13/23) - provided spring maintenance on our HVAC systems this morning. Very thorough and professional.

Jason came out to inspect/quote a small water leak. Had tools on truck and was able to fix the issue same day!

Kevin and Daniel were very efficient and professional. They took care to cover their shoes upon entering our home, which was appreciated, and completed their work quickly. Both were very friendly and polite.

Called for service when the central unit gave up. Kevin and Chris showed up and thoroughly checked everything. Very helpful, very friendly, very professional guys! I'm so glad I called R & M Climate Control. I can't thank these guys enough.

Excellent employees: HVAC tech Darwin; Plumber Daniel. Both were respectful, competent, professional, helpful, and professional regards our initial service experience. Office personnel were same.

We use R&M for HVAC, they installed a new unit and provide monthly maintenance. This week Jeff and Chance installed a new water heater; they were on time, courteous, and professional. R&M is truly a breath of fresh air, I love working with them whenever I can. Highly recommend!!
